We were met at reception by a very friendly and helpful lady and to our surprise we were upgraded to a better room free of charge. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely go back and recommend it to friends and family.

Didn't stay long enough!
Tried the option of an Aparthotel for the first time in London, and it was highly convenient. Bed was comfy, lifts were accessible, quiet area and close enough of a walk to tube station. Only stayed the one night, but if in Stratford, this is a great pick.

The room was spotless and the staff even under the stress of the fire alarm going off and locking the entrance to the stairs or lift, still delivered. If you work in customer services where can happen that you have not prepared yourself for and still stay calm. I give them 5/5

We were staying close by for the British Masters at the Aquatic Centre. The accommodation was only 20 min walk to the centre. They were very good in allowing us to leave our cases with them when we arrived early.
They also managed to let us into our room slightly earlier and upgraded our accommodation.
We had a comfortable weekend and were pleased with all of the facilities.
