Appartment is modern and clean but is located in a sketchy area of the city. The air conditions units throughout the appartment didnt work at all - despite contacting the host several times they did not repair the broken units. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable in the heat. Had to open windows, but street outside was super noisy with cars and bikes racing on it so we didnt sleep much during our whole stay. Disappointed.

Appartement bien fonctionnel, propre, cafetière Nespresso et dosettes 😊, beaucoup de linges de toilettes, draps de lit (et serviettes de piscine fournis aussi) brodés Ce qui est vraiment très joli 😍Très bon emplacement. Family with 3 kids for 2nights

Great location, close to shopping, sights, and restaurants in Lisbon. Fantastic view of the castle. Good communication with clear instructions from the host. However, the apartment was very dirty—our baby ended up with black knees and hands from crawling on the floor. The pool area was nice, with a warm small pool, but the water was far too acidic, which caused skin irritation and rashes for the whole family after swimming. Pre-booked parking is available in a nearby garage for a fee. There is absolutely no space to stop for unloading luggage outside the building—it’s a very narrow, one-way street.

Great views and location. We arrived late at night so it felt a little unsafe. But it was wonderful in the morning light. Bakery and small market steps outside. Balcony has view of Castel St Jorge. Pool needed some cleaning.

Okej boende. Läget är väldigt centralt. Dock riktigt lyhört. Det var svårt att sova på nätterna då man hörde musik, skrik och trafiken in på småtimmarna. Ibland kom det in en avloppslukt in i kök/vardagsrummet.

The room has humidity problems. Bathroom with disgusting surprises at our arrival. Heating was on air conditioning when we arrive and the system to change it (complicated) wasn't written anywhere: fort night was really cold. Bur the worst: the parking was included, and although I asked 4 hours before if the ticket in the room would be available in the room when we arrive and they answered yes, it wasn't! It was a problem during all the stay with bad communication though WhatsApp. Finally we obtain the devolution of the first night parking, but we had to fight for it. We would not recommend that apartment at all. The best was the location. The worst: apartments without a 24hours Reception Desk finally are expensive experiences.

Nice property

The positives: Location was good, easy walk to several attractions. Nice little sandwich/pastry shop just outside the building entrance. Nice grocery about a block away. Unit was clean and in nice condition for the most part. Elevator from 1st level opens right into this apartment. Comfortable bed. Nice views of the castle, water and Santa Justa lift. The negatives: The hot water for the shower runs out very quickly. The shower head location is great if you are 4 ft. tall. The sofa and rug in the living room are stained and dirty and need professional cleaning or disposal. 3 of the 4 door/windows had broken hinges so they were inoperable. If these "negatives" were addressed, i would recommend staying there.

It was super comfortable, and clean with all the things you may need! All codes were sent and i had no problems getting in and out. The only thing is that if youre renting a car is a little far. You have to go down stairs and there is no place to load and unload your bags. Other than that is a beautiful place and we had a direct view of the pool

Excellent location, poor and unreliabe management.

Excellent location. However, we were disappointed as we booked a room with balcony and arrived to find the room occupied by other guests. We were then provided a room without balcony. It took three days of persistent messaging to simply receive a reply regarding a refund. We were also annoyed by the fact we could not close the bathroom door as it was hanging off the hinges.

Très bien situé. La propreté des planchers laissait à désirer ainsi que la mauvaise senteur du logement. Je crois que la qualité du ménage pourrait s’améliorer et un meilleur entretien des lieux pourrait rehausser l’expérience et justifier le prix demandé.
