Our room had a vile smell of sewage the entire four nights we stayed. We would come back to our room and the the odor was so bad it made all of us nauseous. We made them aware of the situation after the first night and asked to be compensated for the major discomfort. They did not offer to change the room it is likely the hotel was full. We are certain the management rented us the room, fully knowing the problem. My teenage children did not want to stay in the room and complained the entire four days. We all dreaded going back to the room fearful of the wall of offense odor as soon as we would open the door. There is a recent review of the same hotel about a month ago from a traveller, Andrea Capaciolli on Feb. 2025 who stayed in the same room called the Massacio and had the same major sewage issue and they did nothing for him either. We came home to Vancouver and our luggage and clothes still wreaked of sewage...Shame on this establishment for renting this room. It is an unacceptable business practice. We were able to go into the room next to us and it did not have the same issue so it is is specific to the room. Also the morning we were leaving we saw a plumbing truck parked right out front of the hotel...We were advised by Andrea (the caretaker) that the owner would call us after the trip. Crickets... Don't let the rating fool you or you may be stuck with a horrible smelling room and a hotel that does not care.

Dificuldades para achar e entrar no local. Elevador em más condições, ficamos trancados mais de uma hora até a assistência chegar e o hotel nem se preocupou em perguntar se estávamos bem. Ponto positivo: No check-in o recepcionista nos atendeu muito bem.

Beliggenheden er i top. Morgenmaden acceptabel. Badeværelset ok. Vi oplevede flere gange, at der ikke var personale i receptionen, hvilket betød at vi - da vi ved afrejse ville opmagasinere vores bagage - ikke ville efterlade den. Vi havde spurgt, om det ville være personale til stede i receptionen ved afrejse, hvilket blev bekræftet. Men det var der ikke. Vi havde fået at vide ved ankomst, at der kom frisk kildevand på værelset hver dag, hvad der ikke gjorde. Vi efterlyste det og fik det på dag tre. Alt i alt en noget blandet oplevelse

Hotel is quiet, clean and only 2 streets away from Duomo Cathedral. The hallway going to the elevator can use some interior designing to make it more presentable, but I liked that once you get out of the elevator, the rooms are renovated and clean. Bathroom is is renovated and clean. I want to suggest air freshnera Staff in check-in counter is very nice too.

We had issue with hot water (no hot water for 2 days), room was clean and nice. Walking distance to everything. The day we left, the elevator broke down on the group in front of us and they were no one at the reception that day. They have a parking service with garage close by, that was covienient.

El lugar es muy limpio, bien ubicado a solo unas cuadras de la estación del tren Novella. La ubicación está en el centro muy cerca del Duomo y de varios restaurantes.El único problema es que hay otra residencia de la época 6 en la misma calle y cuando llegamos no había nadie en la recepción. Se recomienda que pongan en la dirección que el hotel está a la par del restaurante donde se sirve el desayuno como referencia y sea más fácil la ubicación.

Não tinha ninguém na receção para o check-in nem recebi mensagem alguma da parte do hotel. Na wc só tinha 2 rolos de papel higiénico para 3 pessoas e 2 noites de estadia ( nem foi reposto). O shampoo era em saquetas de plástico individuais. E só tinha 3 para as 2 noites. Ao lavar as mãos e ao tomar duche o chão da wc ficava todo molhado. O Wi-Fi era péssimo. Pouco funcionava.
