Nice resort

Resort overall was good but not great. Nice pool but needs a thorough cleaning and paint job all around . Plenty of pool chairs but definitely not enough umbrellas . Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. I was under the empression I was booking a garden view room but we were given a room overlooking a wall and walkway of employees . Unfortunately our toilet tank was very slow to fill up ( 16 mins until the next person could flush) . Called for it to be fixed ( still wasn’t when we left 6 days later) . What we quickly found out at this resort is that you have to start tipping the employees asap in order to get good service (room cleaning , bars , restaurants…) . We usually tip very well for great service but in this resort it felt like we had to buy great service. Great restaurant options . Great buffet . Snack bar options are limited . Overall this was a nice resort . It just felt like the details were missing , the little things that make it feel special . I would definitely suggest to confirm a room with at least a real garden view if you want to enjoy your balcony .

Wonderful atmosphere, great staff, beautiful views, great food and entertainment. My wife and I went for our honeymoon We loved that it was one huge compound with multiple resorts connected to it, made it easy to have a lot of things to do. Overall, a great experience.

Property was nice walkable and convenient . Pool entertainment was wonderful however the evening entertainment is less than desirable. Food choices were wonderful. Asked staff questions and they never have the answers they always pass the buck. Didnt like the staff bombarding me with selling spa and excursions. Some male staff members would stare make comments which is very ride and made us uncomfortable.

Absolutely loved our time at this resort!! As a young couple, and being our first solo vacation together. This place had very friendly staff, lots of food and drink options, fun events going on during the night life such as shows and live music and was overall, a very fun and enjoyable experience. Rooms were very clean and staff were always there to help when needed! Special shout out to staff members Luis and Juan for their friendly and speedy service while being at the pool! Overall, this place is a great resort for adults looking for a fun and relaxing time! Can’t wait for the next stay in the future! :)

We liked beach.now for the bad! Making reservations for the restaurant was impossible everything was booked for every night we had to go to customer service and get them to book a restaurant. When we got into the restaurants they were all half empty the whole time we were in them empty tables throughout every restaurant it was ridiculous and the food was substandard all but one served cold food that just quite frankly wasn’t good.the supposed all inclusive wasn’t that if you went to one of the other properties on the resort they refused to serve us alcohol. We’ve been to Mexico and receive much better service and food don’t waste your money and time going here you will be treated like crap and the food is really not good

I really love this hotel. This was my 2nd time coming and I’d definitely come back! You have access to a lot of restaurants across the other Bahia hotels and many of them are top tier including hibachi, steakhouse, Brazilian, etc. you also have access to nightclubs, sports bars, the beach and so many other amenities. The entertainment staff is amazing and it’s always a fun time to hang around the pool where most of the fun happens and you meet the most people. Overall, it’s the perfect balance between fun, price, high quality food and nice amenities.

The property needs updating. I had difficulty charging my phone because the outlets in the room didn’t work or were broken. The food was good. The walk to the beach is long but they have the golf carts that pick you up. The entertainment I enjoy the most was at the pool by the beach with the entertainer that calls himself the Kevin Hart of DR. He was a lot of fun and kept the crown dancing and smiling. I would definitely go back but stay at the Punta Cana resort this time where is is fun.

I enjoyed most of the vacation. Pros: Facility is very clean and beautiful. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping our room clean looking nice. Wait staff around pool were so friendly and right there getting you anything you wanted. The gentlemen driving the trolley carts were so friendly and outgoing. Making dinner reservations was quick and easy. Cons: Most of the staff is very friendly, however some of the restaurant staff never smiled or just looked miserable. Food was sub par. While I loved the fruit, many items were tasteless. Just my opinion. Unfortunately, after eating lunch at Mashua, I ended up with food poisoning and was sick for 2 1/2 days. Awful when you spend that kind of money! I saw many people at the buffet picking up items with their fingers instead of using tongs and watched a woman put her hand into a bowl of walnuts and grab a handful and put them in her mouth. Twice! I mentioned it to one of the staff that he should remove that bowl. I watched him walk towards it and he never did. The entertainment around the pool was way too loud and obnoxious. The property was too big for my taste. I prefer a smaller resort, but again, that is just my personal preference. I would not stay again.
