Checked in had no pillow cases just two yellow stained pillows and two small pillow squares which were worn with stains and holes the front door was broken and they had to send a nan out three hours after check in to fix it. No parking only on a housing estate over the toad. Reception said it wasn’t their responsibility to sort pillows so had to go and buy new ones in primark and bedding and towels as only one small towel was alicaited . This is not what you expect when after a long journey checking in somewhere only to have to go and buy your own bedding . Don’t stay here .!:
