The room that we booked is very spacious. The only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom because there’s no door in between the shower room & the toilet. That’s why after you took a shower, the floor is so soaked & wet.

We appreciate the fact that our room was upgraded to a family room, however, the bathroom experience was not pleasant at all. Shower did not have a partition from the rest of the area, so every time we took a shower, the entire bathroom gets wet. Also, the water drained slowly which made it look untidy and unsanitary. Bathroom is better in smaller rooms.

The hotel is new.
Basic facilities and amenities.
Good location.
No fridge and coffee machine in the room.
I would recommend for anyone who wants a stay in a basic room.
Friendly staff. Of course it’s Philippines.

Poor room amenities! No tea or coffee, no small fridge to keep our things, still stuck in 2020. Only good thing was the location and surrounding area.

The front desk staff are not willing to assist you easily with any of your requests.
Elevators are always occupied by hotel staff since there are no service lifts.
No amenities in the room, i.e. fridge, kettle or even hand soap.
And their check out process was not friendly, the security guard did not allow us to give the luggage to the taxi waiting outside until they finished checking the room!

Slow staff in reception area, checkin takes 30-35 mins even though there is only few in queue. The managers has to run time in motion study that the whole process of checking in should not last 15-20 mins processing per customer as compare to industry standard in hotel management, sometimes they are like government employee that will look on their phone, chit chat with a colleague and will go in and out their post without doing anything at all.
