We arrived to no power and no estimate on how long to restore. When we asked the manager about refunds or comps he told us to reach out to hotels.com but didn’t advise us that Hotels.com reps would not be able to reach out to them through phone. We didn’t even get to stay here, we had to leave and pay again somewhere else.
