We arrived after 9:30 pm not aware that check in is only from 8:00 am - 9:00 am. We called the hotel no answer we where in the hotel reception office their was nobody there. We called the cell number no answer and we even went to the house next door for information no one to be found. We called hotel.com also they called the office where we were waiting and they had no answer. At the end I gave up my reward points for a hotel where I didn’t even stay. Hotel.com did not resolve my issue and I find the hotel.com does not do a through review of the structures they accept on their site. Very disappointed with the service. Not only did I lose the money I also had a 20 minute call to hotel.com in the USA to try to get me a place to sleep. Customer service I give you 1 from a scale of 10. I will not use your service again.
