Lors de notre séjour en Italie Residenza Alessandra est de loin la plus belle chambre où nous avons séjournés. L'endroit est exceptionnel, il est situé en plein cœur de Florence. La salle de bain est incroyable avec une magnifique douche à l'Italienne. Il y a une mezzanine dans la chambre pour prendre un verre tranquille ainsi on n'a pas l'impression de séjourner dans une chambre seulement. Le service est incroyable aussi. Il y avait un service pour changer les serviettes et ranger la chambre mais nous n'avons pas cru bon l'utiliser, n'étant sur place que 4 nuits. Un endroit que je recommande sans hésiter!

Rooms are nice and big. Very near to shopping and dining area. Staff is friendly and very respectful. There are two items I would recommend that they improve. 1. Wi-Fi quality. WiFi was available but wasn’t reaching all area of our apartment. Living room, upper bed room didn’t have Wi-Fi connectivity. WI-Fi is such a basic necessity it’s like water now a days. All hotel must ensure they provide best connectivity. 2. A/c in apartment are overly complex. Owner does not know that they are not sync. Still they use just one remote for 2 different A/C units. So when remote shows 18 degree centigrade , you don’t know which room it’s showing for. Owner thinks it’s for both rooms but I can easily prove him wrong. Both room always gets different temperatures reading. Often time one A/C starts and other does not. Cutting 2 star for these.

Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful, great size room with a lovely outlook … a few stairs to climb but there was an elevator, could do with in iron but I understand why there wasn’t one … how could you be unhappy about anything in beautiful Firenze …. We would go back for sure … thank you

This is a a jewel in the heart of Florence. Super clean, attention to detail in the room. Well maintained and the staff take pride in ensuring their clients are taken care of from specific parking instructions to leaving the city. The location is amazingly convenient. I would highly recommend. Best stay and experience in Italy - excellent value for money. Please know that Florence is a difficult city to access by car - the hotel will help guide you prior to arrival - parking will be at a separate garage that you need to pay for - 40 euros per day Garage Della Terme - excellent service and book on line. The peace of mind and minimization of stress will be worth it. Thank you Residenza Alessandra !
