Hotel room was very new only let down by a door which was difficult to lock and the fact there are no windows in the rooms.
There is an exterior door and a shutter which can be lowered at night and the door left open if you like a bit of fresh air.
Cleanliness was good but some of the cleaners occasionally forgot to leave things, either the water/biscuits/cups or stirrers.
You will need a car if staying here, there is an on site restaurant but it was overpriced for the quality of food in my opinion, but maybe I just went on a bad night.
I did not use the gym or pool but they looked very clean.
Also known as 'Les Trois Colonnes' and the postcode takes you past the hotel then tries to direct you into the centre of Malay le Grand, so ignore it.
Reception closes at 11pm so make sure you advise them if arriving later and they will leave your key hidden also the gate is locked so you will need the code (this also changes weekly, which I was not told).
The receptionists are very helpful and will speak English if asked, laundry is handed in at reception by the bag full and very reasonably priced.
Good hotel for business travellers.
