Will not stay again

Tried to exchange towels coming from the beach. Maid argued for 8 minutes-didn’t want to do it. We were exchanging them-not asking for more. The advertise breakfast buffet. Only cereal, waffles and coffee. The room was nice, just don’t expect curtesy, professional or breakfast..

The staff was great no problems but the cleaning staff was not very helpful and good I ask them to get the trash out they said they do trash very third day I HAVE to go and get towels and toilet paper . The breakfast is no good! water on the floor and could serve better breakfast and waffles and cold cereal

It was horrible staff was fighting verbally attacking each other in front of us and employe crying in the elevator. Carpet was wet in our room. We didn’t get a room till 3:35 we arrived at 2 pm. The people that arrived at 3 were still not checked in at 4 when we went down to the pool. Pool was great and fun but entry was from outside no access to entry to inside the hotel you have to go all the way around to the front. If you have to pee while in the pool you need a key from staff and go all around inside or go upstairs to your room. I paid cash and was required to pay a 100 dollar fee and when I checked out they could not find the money and I waited an additional 40 minutes in the reception. I can only explain it as very ghetto with then operating at minimum level. No breakfast was open in the morning. Staff was mad clients were mad. It was crazy I can only laugh about it now but I was mad at the time.

Mold and mildew everywhere/ horrible management

Checked into the hotel and was immediately greeted by the smell of mold and mildew. I was given two different rooms. First room reeked of mildew and had mold forming in the thermostat. Second room had mold literally everywhere!!! The shower, the walls, the doors, window sills, etc. room also had makeup all over the bathroom wall, a huge stain in the carpet, crusty stuff on the walls. I was traveling with my daughter and she’s severely allergic to it. I told the manager and she wouldn’t even talk to me much less issue a refund. However I am working with Hotels.com to get my refund back in full since i didn’t stay there.

I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt due to Memorial Weekend. Waffles and muffins was all they served, so if you love sugar they have you covered. Room was better than some at the price range however this is a newer hotel. Room smelled like mold and there was mold on the ceiling.

Save your money, go somewhere else.

Our phone didn't work, front desk told us to come to the desk for more towels, they gave us a floor mat instead of a towel, there were bugs in the bathroom and room. We had to move the nightstand to plug in our phones, it was filthy behind the nightstand, the clothes dryer took money but didn't dry clothes, the breakfast was just sugar products and not much to choose from. It was $250 per night and the worst hotel I've ever stayed in for that price range.

Disgusting be warned do not stay here !!!

Room was extremely dirty shower leaked room smelled like mold no business center paper thin walls random phone calls at 2 and 3 am in the morning I will never stay at this dump again motel 6 in the worst part of Chicago would probably receive a better rating don’t waste your time and money like I did
