I went through some inconvenience with the leaking in the kitchen and bathroom, dirty bathroom, old towels with human hair and stains. the front desk very unstaffed. One person was doing all hotel duties such as prepare food, maintenance among other things. I also want to mention that the villa we stayed in is very outdated. It looks like the owner and or management didn’t make any updates or replacements since it was originally built. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart. The bedroom nightstands are also due a replacement. The cleaning is horrible. There is dust and stains everywhere.

Belle batisse bien placée a Constanza. Les jardins de l’hotel sont agréables, vous avez du cafe a dispo tout le temps. Par contre chambre a refaire totalement, c’est delabré, aucun confort. Le menage n’a pas été fait dans notre chambre pendant le sejour. Et il n’y aucun article de toilette alors que le prix de la chambre n’est pas donné !! Aucune informations concernant les activités alentours ou excursions possibles. Langue parlée uniquement espagnol. (Contrairement a ce qui est dit sur le site) Absolument pas insonorisé . Petit déjeuner local très bien!

The staff asked to pay at front desk, just wanna do everything thru expedia. Room was smaller than pics. Breakfast first day was served at 9am as coffee too and that was very inconvenient. No bonfire and hotel conditions weren’t at its best

Rancho Constanza tiene muy buena localizacion. Sin embargo el servicio ha decaido dramaticamente. Escribes solicitando cosas y las cosas nunca llegan. El desayuno se supone que era servido a las 8am y nos tuvimos que ir sin desayunar a las 9:30am porque no habian preparado nada y nos tuvieron esperando con mentiras todo ese rato. El dia anterior habia conversado pidiendo si podian servirlo a las 7:45am y me dijeron que si, al final salimos a las 9:30am y nunca nos sirvieron nada. Alquilamos 3 villas y una de la villas que estaba sucia y tuvieron que cambiar las sabanas ya en la noche que fue cuando nos dimos cuenta, las demas aunque no estaban muy pulcras las usamos asi. Tienen una sola persona para limpiar todo el complejo. Las recepcionistas no pasan las requisiciones a los proximos turnos. Lleve a toda mi familia y lamento mucho haberlo hecho. Yo era cliente habitual de ellos pero lamentablemente ya el servicio y en general deja mucho que desear y al final no les importo.

Fue una villa con dos habitaciones, es tranquilo y buen lugar a pasar un tiempo. Pero, duraban mucho a preparar desayunos aunque no habían mucha gente.
