We had a great stay. Everyone who worked there was super helpful. Good amenities and aircon. Our room was at the top level so a lot of stairs but worth it.

Perfect location in Central London for seeing all the sights. Room and bathroom are modern and spacious. The pub below has an amazing Thai menu for lunch and dinner. But the absolute best thing about the Grafton Arms is the staff. Manager Jude makes you feel like a honored guest the instant you walk in. 10/10 recommend the Grafton Arms!

Really nice rooms for a traditional Pub & Rooms by Regent’s Park

The staff were very polite and helpful, the rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms which is rare for Europe. The room was nice and clean and smelled clean. But, the building is old, so you do hear every door close and stairs creaking which can be loud at times. Just a heads up to anyone. Would stay again!

A beautiful, comfortable, well equipped room. I would have found labels on the numerous switches helpful to know what turned on the towel rack. Especially for those of us who are older, a grab bar in that high bathtub would be a good idea. And, though I knew there was no elevator, that was a lot of steps!

Room was well-lit, and bed was comfortable. Relatively spacious room. Great location, convenient to tube and very walkable. For us, the pub downstairs was a major asset, as was the friendly and courteous staff. We were in the first floor and glad we weren’t higher. Steep stairs may be a problem for some people. We found shower a bit difficult to navigate. But overall we loved the place. Immediately felt like home. We want to stay there again the next time we are in London.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly, as well. Food is great and the pub vibe is lovely. If you’re worried about noise from the pub bothering your stay - don’t. It wasn’t an issue.
