Resepsiyon yok ama önden çok donanımlı ve anlaşılır talimatların olduğu e-mail geliyor. Bu sebeple check-in çok rahat. Biz Magnolia’da kaldık, 2. Katta. Asansör yok, bavul taşımak gerekiyor. Evin konumu Koukaki bölgesini tercih edenler için çok iyi. Ama Atina’ya ilk kez gelenler için ideal olmayabilir. Araba kiraladığımızdan trafiğin yoğun olduğu Plaka bölgesinde olmamak doğru seçimdi. Park yeri de sokakta rahat bulunabiliyordu. Ev eski tip Atina evi, son derece temiz, ihtiyacınız olan her şey var. 2 kişi için oldukça büyük, 4 kişilik konaklama yeri var. 2 tuvalet banyosu var. Balkonu çok tatlı. Sakin güzel bir sokağa bakıyor. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Fiyat kalite performansı iyiydi.

Lovely stay, great location

Lovely stay. The hotel is in walking distance to the town. Amenities were great, has everything you need. Very comfortable and great communication from the owner, who was really helpful and informative. Highly recommend.

Great location and very responsive property manager. Smooth check-in process. We stayed in the Jasmine suite. Check the property website before booking for more details, such as room location, etc. Generally in good shape and clean. Bathroom is the only exception. It is small with handheld shower, and has seen better days. Heads up, the twin beds may work for younger kids but not comfortable for our teenager and adult kids. Also the second bedroom is not what you may expect- it is a half wall with curtains. Cute outdoor garden. The kitchen has all the basics you need.

The location is very good. Walkable to Acropolis and Agora. Just a couple of blocks from restaurants and shopping. The apartment is spacious and all amenities are there including a hairdryer with a defuser. It was a quiet street and well lit.

The apartment specially floors were dirty. Not enough towels and toilet paper for four people. One of the bedrooms window opens to a street. At 4 am on Friday morning we woke from loud noises on the street while people were setting up a farmers market right by our window, which took until 8 am. On Saturday morning, we woke up from loud construction noise across the street. We were given only one key to the apartment for the four of us. One night we left the key inside the apartment so we could t get in. I called the property manager who first said there were no other keys. Half an hour later, the property owner who lives above the apartment we were staying at, came out and opened the door with her key. We were stunned why the property owner who saw us earlier and knew we were locked out didn’t open the door for us sooner. The street the apartment is located at is rundown and depressing. Overall bad customer service. Location is at least 20-30 minutes from main attractions. We did get one night of refund from Expedia.

Great stay at Koukaki!

Amazing stay in the middle of the city. Koukaki area has great food and its 12 mins walk from Acropolis area. Room is very nice with a backyard where you could chill and relax in the morning with coffee.

Property was fabulous. On a hill which was difficult for us as we are older. Lots of great eating places but no shopping. We were so happy that taxis were arranged for us both to the acropolis and the airport. This meant a lot to us. Lovely apartment.

This apartment was in a nice area that was very close to the Acropolis.. Konstantinos was a fantastic host… provided airport pick up and port drop off… when we arrived he sat us down and had suggestions for things to do and places to eat…please listen to him when he says go to the Acropolis by 8am!!! The apartment was nice sized with 2 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms which is a plus since there were 3 of us!! We had a great stay!!

Big and roomy in good location

Costas the manager is extremely helpful and kind. The location is quiet with easy access to all the major sites. The AC works very well. We stayed in the gardenia suite which is spacious and perfect for stretching out with 2 balconies. The only challenges were the tub is set high so if you are shorter it’s tricky to get in and out and can be slippery. It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator so not good for those with mobility issues. Would absolutely consider staying here again though.

Great place to stay in Athens

We truly enjoyed our stay. The w bedroom apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the AC was cold and the WiFi worked great. The bathroom and kitchen were excellent. The small outside patio area was very nice. This was a great location, just a short walk to the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. The meetup station was nearby and lots of bars, restaurants, coffee cafes, and markets nearby. We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood day and night. Highly recommend!

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Koukaki Residence. It is beautiful! Kosta was amazing and oriented us to the whole area pointing out great dining options and sights to see. He also helped arrange our taxi back to the airport. We were able to walk to so many amazing sights. It was an outstanding experience.
