The place was beautiful, calm and peaceful! Such a relaxing place to stay and not far from downtown Duluth! The lady at the front office even wrote down what times boats come into the harbor to watch!

It was great having our own space! Very private. Each of the villas are a nice distance away from each other as well, doesn't feel crowded or anything if other people are outside. This is such a great option for families! We had a blast! 10/10 will stay again!

The electrical outlets were dismal, plugs literally fell out of the slots; dangerous. Toilet in the main bathroom was old and low to the ground. As an older person I was unable to get up. Shower was small/difficult to get in. Clearly villas were geared towards younger people and I would not recommend for someone older or with disabilities.

Family Trip
We have been visiting Duluth and the North Shore for about 20 years and this stay was wonderful. It was perfect for my family of 4. We had our own rooms and a separate living room, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms. It was like your own home away from home. The property itself was quiet (except for the lawn mower at 8 a.m. one morning). It was a nice stay away from the busyness of town, but a short, beautiful drive to the attractions. Would definitely recommend!
