Over all I loved the villas . They definitely have a very cabiny feel so they aren’t brand new and black and white and modern however they were very clean. I also just really loved that there was 2 BATHROOMS! I have a family of 6 and we can’t all share 1 bathroom haha! We will be back for sure! I also really enjoyed that they had games and movies :) My one downside was that they are not 100% level and I felt like on the edges it leaned a bit more than I would have expected . I was nervous at first but it still feels very structurally sound .

Came here with family for a wedding. I like today there are mostly positives with a few negatives in our stay. I will start with my positives and then my 3 negatives which I'd say one negative the location may or may not been aware of so giving benefit of the doubt. First positives. Very clean up on arrival Great and fast wifi connection Satellite TV Stayed cool and heated when needed Provided coffee pot along with dishwasher tabs and bathroom soap and other toiletries Quit location Nice having a fridge and stove if needed Negatives Master bathroom tub did not drain properly. With short time standing in water. This is the one location may not be aware of and left on comment card The big negative for me and is subjective is the mattress. Having back issues I felt as well as all the people with me is that the mattresses were bad. Jokingly we said it felt like they were from the 90s. Just all coil and no support. Woke up each morning in back pain. I feel a mattress upgrade is warranted. My final negative is the parking. There is a sign about how to park however no one follows it in my opinion. We got back one night and there was barely any opening along with a big truck with a huge trailer taking up most the space and area. Better communication on parking I think could be warranted. Over all the stay was pleasant beside a few of my negative. I however would stay again if I needed to.

The place was beautiful, calm and peaceful! Such a relaxing place to stay and not far from downtown Duluth! The lady at the front office even wrote down what times boats come into the harbor to watch!

The villa was a really cool and unique place to stay. It was cozy and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a nice bonus. Pet friendly option was great for our family. My only complaints are that our villa (#14) could use some general maintenance. The deck had some loose boards etc, the shower in the main bedroom didn’t drain, the tv’s were old and mostly useless as well as the tv in the main bedroom didn’t have any remotes. In fairness we weren’t there to watch tv but would have liked the option in our down time. Perhaps a deep clean of the unit would be a good idea (higher up areas). The staff was very friendly and the grounds were nice. All in all we would happily stay there again and check out one of the units on the other side of the road with a better view. I would recommend this place!

Family Trip

We have been visiting Duluth and the North Shore for about 20 years and this stay was wonderful. It was perfect for my family of 4. We had our own rooms and a separate living room, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms. It was like your own home away from home. The property itself was quiet (except for the lawn mower at 8 a.m. one morning). It was a nice stay away from the busyness of town, but a short, beautiful drive to the attractions. Would definitely recommend!

It was great having our own space! Very private. Each of the villas are a nice distance away from each other as well, doesn't feel crowded or anything if other people are outside. This is such a great option for families! We had a blast! 10/10 will stay again!
