The manager refused to refund 9 rooms for our non profit community organization when our competition was cancelled because of extreme weather conditions. He was rude and arrogant. His lack of understanding for the situation was frustrating and incredibly insulting.

breakfast was a let down. Old soggy fruit tray. No coffee - only tea. Hotel was ok.
