We stayed here for 3nights and we did not really like it mainly for wifi, breakfast and sound situation.
Location - it was close to the Vatican, you can walk to the St. Peter's Church but other than that, we needed to take cab to get to the city center for pretty much everything. We found that to be not very convenient.
Wifi - Let me warn you, if you need access to wifi, this place has pretty much no connection. They say that there is wifi but it only works in their common area. We needed to check emails and search for things around, plan tours etc and not having wifi was really a bad and disappointing experience. I also asked the owner, she said we will have someone come to take a look but it did not improve at all.
Cleanliness - the room was not as clean as it seems in the pictures. There was dust in corners and on the tables.
Comfort - The room is noisy, we had a street side room that was so noisy that we could not sleep the whole nights.
Breakfast - They say that the breakfast is included, but it starts only at 8am which means if you have a tour before then, then you have to leave without breakfast. We don't usually do guesthouses so not sure if this is a common practice, but we fount it really inconvenient since our tours started around 7am each day we were there.
