I give five stars because the hotel is great . Very good location. You can easily walk around and get what you need . I like the most is the hotel stuffs . They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area . I can heard the music very loud in my bed . I couldn’t sleep well after a long day traveling. They help out to change another quiet room for me . that makes my sleep mush better. I will definitely recommend this Hostel .

绝对差评！二楼房间楼下就是酒店club，每天音乐放到凌晨2点，第一晚和服务员沟通后答应降低音乐声音，可是没用，靠一颗安眠药入眠。第二天晚上十点半沟通，说太吵，根本无法入睡，明早打算提前一天退房，服务员不同意，且音乐声音依旧很大。找Expedia客服沟通依旧无效。半夜12点实在无法忍受音乐，临时预定了万豪，换了酒店。房费是没有退的，两晚都没入住，因为服务员不同意提前退房。还有，淋浴水非常小，完全没办法痛快洗澡，必须用更长时间才能洗完澡，热水也不热，水温很低。如此多好评从何而来不得而知！绝对差评！

Not for the Squeamish
Overall, it’s not a bad place, but I didn’t expect that staying in the mixed dormitory would mean being woken at 4 in the morning by drunk people who felt the need to drag a mattress off the curtained bed and have loud sex in the middle off the room where everyone could see them. Even for a hostel style accommodation in Cancun, that was over the top. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Have not stayed in a hostel since college, but it was the last minute the night before I go to the airport place to stay…. and it surpassed my opinion of what I thought it would be. Everybody was quiet in the actual room and respectful, but yet there is social Experiences if wanted, food nearby and everybody was kind and drinks were Great for nice price

Great location, nice people
In the beginning, I was scared when I realized I would stay in a room with other unknown people and men; I am a woman. After the first day, I felt comfortable already. The people in the room were friendly, quiet, and respectful. The front desk employees were very nice and helpful. And there is a sweet Dave. The location is great for the budget.

Enjoyed my stay
The best thing about this Hotel is the location. It is right across the street from a really nice beach. The bunk bed was clean and properly assigned. I think they can reiterate the ground rules for the dorms when checking in. Lots of opportunities to socialize. I enjoyed my stay.

Elsker dette hostellet. Første gang jeg har bodd på privatrom her, og det skuffet ikke! Rommet var stort og fint, prismessig likt rom på hotell i området,men med mulighet til å få delta i den sosiale biten som hostell gir. Noe slitt rom, og noe dårlig renhold i hjørner, men dette er sikkert tilfeldig. Store gode senger

Located in the heart of hotel zone, this property is very conveniently located close to everything. Very lively hostel and good food. one thing about breakfast is: i did not expect the b/f to be soo good and extensive. i really wish every hostel learns how to serve breakfast like them. Cleanliness could be improved, bed wasnt the most comfy but a great value for money.
