The Springfield Lodge is a lovely property outside of the center of Stirling. It appears to be a fairly new home, with about 6 guest rooms and a light-filled breakfast room with a view of Wallace Monument and an open fief and hills. The hosts, spotless room and bathroom, food, and onsite parking make this a terrific place to stay for a visit to Stirling.

This is a must if you are travelling to Stirling. Kevin and Kim are wonderful hosts and the property is perfectly located in a quiet spot with an amazing view of the Wallace Monument. I would strongly recommend making this your place to stay in Stirling. Will definitely be back 😊

Kevin and Kim were lovely! The room was big, bright, airy and clean. The views were as beautiful as the breakfast was delicious. My only regret is that I didn’t have time to soak in the big bathtub in our suite.

Kevin was a fantastic host. Very welcoming,outgoing and helpful. The home is beautiful with great ammentities and very comfortable in an idealic setting. Close to Stirling but far from the crowds and traffic. Birds and Bees resturant is a short walk from Springfield Lodge and an excellent location for dinner. We'll definitely be back.

My husband and I sent one night with Kim and Kevin. The short visit was very comfortable and freindly. Kevin made us a reservation at the Birds & Bee's Restaurant which was less than two blocks from the house. It had been raining very heavy for days and Kevin helped us find out what roads were closed so that we could navigate or way to our next stop. We would definitly stay again.

We received a warm welcome from our host who took us to a large, bright room and told us about a great place for dinner less than a block away called Birds and Bees (reservations highly recommended). After dinner we came back to a lovely, quiet room for a comfortable night sleep. Breakfast the next morning was exactly as we asked and delicious! Wish we could have stayed longer!

The location on the edge of town was a quiet retreat from the busyness of the centre and tourist sites. Kevin was the right combination of personable/professional.
