I enjoyed my stay there, the pool was nice and relaxing. The room was small but just perfect in my opinion!! The faucets were a little rusty but I didn’t mind it but maybe others will, enjoyed how everything like restaurants, and stores were walking distance, i definitely recommend staying here!!

The Staff was friendly and helpful but the room was dirty. We booked our stay for 6 nights for the king suite, we got there on Sunday night and noticed little bugs on the bed, we smooshed them and took off the bed sheets (which were stained). The rug had food crumbs and the mini fridge had hairs. The water went off while taking a shower, so we had to wait for them to turn it back on. We left early morning and came back in the afternoon, they made the bed with the same dirty sheets, flipped the bath towel/rug over and didn’t sweep. We found bugs again on the bed that looked like bed bugs. We decided to leave that night to another hotel and when we went to check out, they did offer to change us to another room but we figured if that’s the way they “cleaned” our room that’s the way they cleaned all the other rooms. They couldn’t refund our money back because we reserved through Travelocity, so we lost 5 paid nights.

We recently stayed at Pacha Tulum Boutique Hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment We arrived, the reception service was exceptional, Rodriguez went above and beyond to ensure that our check-in process was welcoming and informative. We received numerous complimentary drinks on arrival and throughout. Throughout our stay, the level of assistance provided by the hotel staff were unparalleled. Whether I needed recommendations for local attractions or assistance with any requests, they were always there to help with a smile and friendly chat. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate guests truly sets this hotel apart from others ive stayed at. Not only was the service outstanding, but the hotel itself was also beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, providing a serene environment to relax in after exploring each day. Overall I would highly recommend!

En cuanto al personal, es muy atento y amable. El único pero que le pondría es que no se les acabó el agua cuando nos estábamos bañando y no había agua caliente (quizá tuvimos que irles a avisar de que abrieran la llave). En general es buen hotel.

Esta es la tercera vez que vengo aquí cuando visito Tulum. La gente que trabaja aquí es siempre fantástica y el hotel es muy bonito. Hemos probado varios tipos de habitaciones aquí y las instalaciones y servicios son impecables. Cada vez aprecio más el cuidado jardín tropical del interior. Todo estuve muy a gusto!

Sono appena tornata da un weekend incantevole al Pacha Tulum. Voglio esprimere la mia gioia e soddisfazione per questa esperienza indimenticabile. Dal momento in cui sono arrivato, ho sentito un'atmosfera accogliente e raffinata che ha reso il mio soggiorno davvero unico. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato è davvero una cosa fantastica. Il giardino dell'hotel è un vero gioiello. Circondato da un esplosione di colori e profumi, il giardino offre uno spazio tranquillo e sereno, perfetto per rilassarsi e rigenerarsi a tratti si sentivano alcuni rumori dalla strada. La cura con cui viene mantenuta è evidente anche se non è una struttura nuova. Il letto era molto comodo e la camera era molto pulita. Il personale dell'hotel merita un plauso. Sempre sorridente, attento ad ogni dettaglio e pronto ad andare oltre le aspettative per garantire un servizio impeccabile. La cortesia e la professionalità del personale hanno contribuito in modo significativo a rendere il mio soggiorno memorabile. Sono stati in grado di creare un'atmosfera calda e familiare che mi ha fatto sentire davvero a casa. L'atmosfera intima dell'hotel, che ricorda quella di un boutique hotel, è un altro punto di forza. Le dimensioni ridotte contribuiscono a rendere un'esperienza più personale e autentica. Ho apprezzato la cura con cui è stato curato ogni dettaglio, la delicata illuminazione che ti ha lasciato rilassato profondamente. Questo ha reso il mio soggiorno decisamente confortevole. El personal muy atento y en general la estancia es agradable. Pero falta mantenimiento en la habitación, sillón roto, la secadora se la robaron o la quitaron, no hay opción para conectar tus equipos a la pantalla y no cuentan con servicio de televisión. Las tasas del café sucias y no dan toallas para las manos

hello my name is Amadou, I just completed my stay at Pacha and it was a WONDERFUL experience. First off the customer service was nice and friendly from every employee we encountered! Very helpful and gave us great recommendations through the city of Tulum. The Presidential suite was excellent! Bed was cozy, bathroom setup was nice, living room area was beautiful and A/C was COLD!!!! you’ll need that bad in the Tulum heat. Pool upstairs was nice and clean as well! Overall we enjoyed our experience and would recommend this hotel
