The location was super convenient, with just a short stroll to Greenbelt Mall. Very clean and tidy with all staff very friendly and as helpful as they could be. There was an issue with the aircon, but was soon rectified with out any hassles. Would stay again and highly recommend :)

The check in process was a breeze and the host Joven did a great job welcoming our family and made sure we were comfortable and settled in. He even personally parked our car in the garage. I booked this one for my daughters birthday and she showed me everything on video. Everything looked really nice, neat and clean. She were so much happy there which is very important to me and that we decided to book another day. Also they prepared decoration and a cake for her birthday. We canceled the rest of our stay from another rental and returned to KLX group . Joven even drove us to our next rental. When we couldn’t stand it due to unbearable odor, I texted him that we are going back to their property and he offered to pick us up. Joven and his team went above and beyond. From the housekeeping service and their management team’s experience of communication, I was very satisfied with their attentiveness , it’s so amazing how they responded, and are very efficient and professional! Definitely staying with the KLX Group again when we go back to the Philippines. Thank you again!
