El personal del hotel es muy ruidoso y poco cortés, desde las 7 am ponen su musica a todo volumen y no dejan descansar, azotan todo mientras hacen el aseo. Las habitaciones tienen mucha humedad por la poca ventilacion que tienen, la ropa de cama olia por supuesto a humedad, no hay quien te ayude a llevar tus cosas asi lleves 1000 maletas

Fue un viaje completamente familiar, me gusto que tienen servicio de valet parking, el carro estuvo seguro, un hotel muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones variaron un poco, por que ibamos con la mascota, pero bastante accesible para el también

Great location. Terrible smell & front desk staff
The front desk staff seems absolutely miserable and annoyed if you ask for the bathroom key or a 2nd room key. The room was fantastic and the location is excellent. However the hot water takes 6-15 minutes to get hot and all of our attempts to cover the shower drain due to horrible smells were unsuccessful. And again, the front desk staff is really terrible. I hate even having to write that! We also had to flush our toilet 15+ times to clear it so we just went up to the rooftop bar bathrooms to go. Those toilets seem to work fine and we were not putting paper in the toilets.

Pretty but not functional
Lovely looking hotel, the bed was comfy but there were issues with the smell in our bathroom, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly and there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. We complained at the desk, and all the receptionist could say was sorry, we asked if we could get a late check out as we’d had so much trouble with the shower (my 81 year old grandmother had to shower cold) we were told to pay an extra 500 pesos. We complained more about the service and told we would have been offered breakfast if we didn’t already say we were going out, but I think that was a lie. The hotel looks amazing but the poor facilities and staff have let it down.

No a/c or heating. Room was very clean. Service was great. Unfortunately we got stuck in the room behind the bar and there was lots of noise. We were on the first floor but just keep in mind there is no elevator for heavy luggage.

El lugar es excelente en cuanto a la limpieza, y condiciones de la habitación. Esta súper bonito el lugar. Pero la atención de su personal es pésima, la comunicación telefónica con ellos es súper súper pésima, ya que no cuentan con teléfono fijo. Además de esto, mencionan que no cuentan con estacionamiento pero te ofrecen un estacionamiento con valet parking con un costo 600 por noche. Y solo se puede usar una vez, Al sacarlo ya no cubre el costo si quiero regresarlo.

Location is everything! It’s right next to the church and price is reasonable! What could be better: It can get loud (rooftop parties on Friday were pretty loud till late), and staff doesn’t speak English 🙃 but other than that - it’s pretty great for the price!

En general bien, es un hotel un poco antiguo, cuenta con todos los servicios, pero no hay mucha comunicación entre el servicio de Valet, ya que el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento, no es muy clara la información brindada y el valet un poco grosero, no hay mucha atención al cliente y te sientes desentendido en ese aspecto, los baños huelen mucho a cañ, supongo por lo antiguo, al estar en el centro te puedes mover a cualquier parte de forma rápida.

I attempted to cancel the booking they confirmed could be canceled but never did. Here I am back from my trip, on the phone with my back attempting to get reimbursed for the money I was charged. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone at this hotel. They have a phone that goes to voicemail and eventually the voicemail was full. I left several voicemails and never heard back from them. We communicated through the chat on the Expedia app which I luckily have screenshots of. If you book and want to cancel be ready to get ignored.
