Great trip with some miscommunications but over al

I got in at 9am because I paid for early check in, however they said it wasn’t approved so I had to wait until 3pm to get a room. That’s pretty ridiculous. If you guys didn’t offer early check in I would understand. Overall experience was great. There is a huge hidden fee 330 usd if you meet someone and bring them to the resort. That should be more transparent.

Celebrating my fiance birthday and meeting here in Colombia we are from Peru and Florida. The stay was amazing from beginning to end. The food was great and had a lot of variety. The pool and the beach were amazing and the staff where all wonderful.

The hotel is very beautiful and expansive. The staff was attentive and accommodating. Spectacular view from my oceanview room. However, some of the food items were dry and not as tasty as it should be.
