It was perfect, but for the towel and cleanliness were a little bit bad, overall, it's good!

Overall a nice hotel. Got the rooms on the top floor: clean, room decor is tastefully simple and nice. Staff is very friendly and professional.

I had a terrible experience during check in time. I already came to the property in the noon meantime the room still not ready yet. Thus i asked the reception to registered mine, later i'll just take the key. So i thought everything went well, i signed the regis form and she took a pict of my ID. However when i arrived the hotel to get my key, there was no may name on their guest arrival. There was no reception, only security standby on that night. I feel bad about the security, because he such had no idea what should he do when this things happened. My friend and i helped him to find a form that i've signed earlier or at least find my name on their in house guest list or arrival list, but unfortunately my name wasn't there. I felt so exhausted and upset and i couldnt even angry with the security. I only asked him to get any kind of room just to sleep at least. He was nice and tried to give me a room on 3rd floor eve though it wasnt the room category that i've booked, but unfortunately the room still not ready yet (didnt mean it's dirty but the amenities and the sheet still not proper to be sold), so i asked him to provide me another room. And he said only 1 room left and it was a suite room, which was very big but still i didnt feel like it was being checked yet by housekeeper. but finally after 1 hour drama of searching my reservation i can sleep well. I suggested to the reception June to take it as a serious case, am afraid the other guests will experience the same case.
