MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and they were speaking to each other in Spanish in a very panicked manner; the one at the door was telling the other lady to hurry up. Once I entered, they quickly rushed out of the room. When I realized my money was stolen in the morning of the day we were checking out, I finally made the connection of what had happened that day when they tried to stop me from entering the room, and how they were the only possible suspects of stealing $500 out of my wallet. We submitted a claim with the hotel while we were checking out, and have never heard since. They promised they would investigate the situation and reach out to us. It's been a whole month and we haven't heard anything. DO NOT recommend your friends and family to stay at this location! We will definitely not be coming back.

This was my 2nd time at this property and I was excited to bring my daughters for some much needed relaxation and fun. The staff is phenomenal and so helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the views outstanding. Food was good, service was great. The beds and towels are so comfortable, we had an overall fabulous time!

Nos fue muy bien. La habitación muy comoda y con una vista increíble. La comida de lo mejor, el personal super atento y amable. Lo único que pasó es que hay cargos que no te avisan y dejan un poco mal sabor de boca como un impuesto extra al final y un servicio extraño de sanitizacion por noche cuando supuestamente la tarifa ya incluye impuestos y la limpieza de la habitación debe estar incluida y no te lo avisan en el check in. Es el primer hotel que cobra aparte por limpiar la habitación. Cobran el valet parking aparte pero entiendo que ese si es opcional.

This resort was absolutely fantastic! Although the location is a bit away from the Marina, the shuttle transportation provided is very convenient. The dining option were excellent. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. And by far the ocean views are amazing! It was awesome!

I liked the rooms and the great ocean view from my 2 bedroom option at the 4th floor. Perfect fit for family of 6 people with 1 master & 1 additional room for 4 adults. Very spacious room with personal jacuzzi in room patio. Would like to have better restaurant options like Asian menus as well.

Yes it was safe but its not walkable at all to the streets compared to other facilities Transportation is horrible in and out, they refuse ubers just to make money out of taxi and its more than double uber. Stafd are not helping and saying on the face we are making money out of uber and refuse to give rides with their golf cars to the gate although they mentioned that they can do this in the check in process. Dinning options is a trap. Mestizo is a great option inside the hotel. However took the shuttle to the DT to try other options like Baja lobster which is part of out All inclusive, found out we cant try and lobster or any chef specials, we said fine, waiter came late to ask ask us for more time to prep food we said fine, they refuse to serve more food claiming the following - we didn’t finish the whole plate when we said we finished they told us this is finished and show us an empty clean clear plate! - one of us as a group of 10 didn’t get what he ordered fried and they got it grilled claiming its fried, he left it they refuse to got another plate, also soups didn’t served till the desert time! I was a group of 10 guys that were pretty social and made no problems…during our check in process everything was very easy and smooth….Jose was very helpful at the front desk he was able to answer all my questions and made sure all the group had rooms that were close to each other with double beds like we asked. At night we wanted to go out and uber would have to pick us up from the main gate which Jose confirmed that their Golf Carts would be able to drop us off their or near another gate that uber has access to. The night staff at front desk that consisted of very rude staff ( one Lady and one older gentlemen). We asked them for a golf cart to drop us off at the main to take an uber and they said they can’t do that and I told her I had to talked to Jose earlier during our check in process and he confirmed it. She said “ the hotel doesn’t want you to use uber and they want you to use their taxis so they can make money off of you.” We were very frustrated at the way they were talking to us and sort of had that attitude of If you don’t like it then It’s your problem. During our check out process, Jose apologized about the situation and he confirmed that she was new to the facility and didn’t know all the rules and he confirmed that their golf carts would be able to take us to the nearest gate to pick up our uber rides.

We were able to attend Catholic Mass on Sunday as there is a beautiful chapel on the premises! But also the grounds were beautiful and very well kept. The food was very good and the staff was friendly and professional!! The pools and scenery were absolutely stunning!

Don’t go. The reviews are padded by Time-Share owners. We booked the shuttle through their website and they did not have our names on the list so we had to get a cab from the airport. They said they would refund us but I’ve asked multiple times and still no refund. Restaurants randomly closed and super slow service at times. The food at some of the restaurants were admittedly fantastic, the views are also fantastic but the place mostly exists to sell you a time-share. Really disappointed, overall our vacation was still good but the place was weird, there are much better options for you.

My spouse and I had our honeymoon here and could not have imagined a better time. The all inclusive package was incredible, and the staff were extremely generous with food and drinks the entire time. We visited almost all of the restaurants on site, and our favorite waiter was Daniel at Il Forno who remembered our drinks and would bring them by without us even asking! It was so thoughtful of him and I was impressed by his memory! The food, in general was an extremely memorable part of the experience. We loved walking around the resort and enjoying the beautiful setting. The pools were all gorgeous and unique, and each one had its own vibe. The spa was amazing - I had a facial from Angelica who was wonderful, and the pool in the spa was absolutely phenomenal. The concierges were super helpful at calling transportation whenever we needed, but honestly we didn't want to leave the resort because there was so much to do there! All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was charming with a big patio to enjoy the view. I'm already fantasizing about my next trip back.

•Timeshare sales are everywhere and they are very • pushing •Room was given when it wasnt ready specially room i booked had jacuzzi in balcony never worked. •Taking soooo long when you order food •Food quality sucked except one or two things like tiramisu dessert •alcohol are watered down •Some employee are nice some arent, like if you stay in the resort at hacienda encantada you will get treated better than somewhere else(el encantada/fiesta encantada). I stated both resorts and thats how i felt. •communication between employees are awful.. Someone tells me this and other employee saying no i almost had to argue every conversation.. These really ruined the resort that has AMAZING VIEW they better work on it, i felt so bad because i want to come back for property but will never because of the experience that i had.

This propert is simply gorgeous from the manicured grounds to all the restaurant's deco and the views were amazing. There is a lot to see and do on the grounds, 3 infinite pools, a great gym, mini golf that looks like a real golf coarse. We took a snorkle cruise but saw so many hump back whales we really got our moneys worth. So worth the money as the food was so good and tasty everwhere we went for lunch and dinners. We will be back to this resort. A-1 service all around.
