MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and they were speaking to each other in Spanish in a very panicked manner; the one at the door was telling the other lady to hurry up. Once I entered, they quickly rushed out of the room. When I realized my money was stolen in the morning of the day we were checking out, I finally made the connection of what had happened that day when they tried to stop me from entering the room, and how they were the only possible suspects of stealing $500 out of my wallet. We submitted a claim with the hotel while we were checking out, and have never heard since. They promised they would investigate the situation and reach out to us. It's been a whole month and we haven't heard anything. DO NOT recommend your friends and family to stay at this location! We will definitely not be coming back.

The property is large so you have to take a golf cart everywhere which was inconvenient but they were relatively quick getting to you. Our room wouldn't cool below 72 no matter which buttons we pressed and it was hot. There were mosquitos everywhere in the room even though we didn't keep the doors open. The service was kinda slow but the drinks were REALLY good! Food was also better than other all inclusive that I've been to. The kids club was small and free for one hour but my son was the only one in there so it was great for him and spending an hour there. Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM which is earlier than most properties and you can only use the amenities until 12PM so sucks if you have a later flight. We used valet which was an extra $12 a day, we got out of the car on arrival and no one moved from their positions to help us?! Lol first time that's happened. No Ubers allowed on property, not a problem for us since we had a car but the walk to the end of the property would be long if you're using Uber. Bonus was that you could eat at some restaurants on the Marina with your AI.

This resort is amazing. My family had a great time and hope to come back in the future. The only issue I had was at check in. I was told my 16 year old should have been charged at the adult rate. I booked on Hotels.com, it asked the age of my minor on the travel dates. I booked everything with correct information on to be charged $500 additional for my child to have access to the all-inclusive perk. I believe after 13 your kid is considered an adult. Be aware of this before booking.

This was my 2nd time at this property and I was excited to bring my daughters for some much needed relaxation and fun. The staff is phenomenal and so helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the views outstanding. Food was good, service was great. The beds and towels are so comfortable, we had an overall fabulous time!

Nos fue muy bien. La habitación muy comoda y con una vista increíble. La comida de lo mejor, el personal super atento y amable. Lo único que pasó es que hay cargos que no te avisan y dejan un poco mal sabor de boca como un impuesto extra al final y un servicio extraño de sanitizacion por noche cuando supuestamente la tarifa ya incluye impuestos y la limpieza de la habitación debe estar incluida y no te lo avisan en el check in. Es el primer hotel que cobra aparte por limpiar la habitación. Cobran el valet parking aparte pero entiendo que ese si es opcional.

El hotel es muy tranquilo, las instalaciones están bien, tiene una vista al mar muy linda pero no tiene acceso a la playa para bañarse. Cuando uno hace reservacion no se indica de los cobros extras que hacen en el hotel de impuesto y sanitization, me parece importante que se indique en la página. A pesar de que es todo incluido, parece que algunos meseros están acostumbrados a las propinas y si no les dejas no te atienden igual, lo cual me parece que no deberían hacer diferencia en eso, las propinas es algo opcional que de hecho se indica en cada cuenta que te traen para llevar su control internamente. Hay personal que vende planes de tiempo compartido los cuales son demasiados insistentes, es importante que respeten cuando uno dice que no desea escuchar el plan. Por otro lado, si deseo dejar una felicitación al concierge del Hotel José (pepe) su atención fue muy buena, asesorándo de la mejor manera y siendo muy transparente con la información brindada y recomendaciones lo cual uno como turista agradece mucho eso, el nunca hizo diferencia entre un latino y un americano, ni entre una persona que da propina o no.

Some of the hired help could use an attitude adjustment. We've stayed 5 time's at the this resort and maybe its time to look around. Still love the resort though.

The property was great. The disappointment was the predatory attack of sales to sit in a sales pitch and deposit $20.00 to attend. Next disappointment was 200 deposit and a $250.00 fee to check out. Never again!!!!

The property was gorgeous and well maintained. The restaurant choices were less than favorable. Do not buy the extra charge for premium alcohol and food, you can't get into the right restaurants to get the premium food. Make restaurant reservations a week before you go and you may get into the better restaurants. We travelled with 8 people and we stayed 4days/3nights and half our group ended up with food poisoning from the steak/beef. So our trip overall was 2/3 stars.

This was a beautiful resort. I colors were bright and it showcased, I feel, the mexican colors. The staff were attentive and were dressed professionally. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The beds and pillows were very confortable. The restaurants had amazing food. I enjoyed every restaurant. The hotel was quite in the evenings which I liked. It was a little inconveinent where the hotel was situated but the another awesome aspect of this hotel, they had shuttles into Cabo about every hour to 2 hours, the last shuttel back was at 10:30. Cabo was a very nice place to go and visit. This resort also had a sister resort in Cabo that the shuttle went to. We were able to eat and drink for free at this hotel. The sunsets and sunrises were amazing. You can not swim in the ocean but it did not matter to us. The pools were great. We went on a couple of excursions and they were all worth the price. I would recommend fishing and swimming with the dolphins. The trip to San Jose was nice as well.
