Como Uma is a great boutique hotel by the beach. The hotel staff was friendly and very attentive. We really enjoyed time at the beach club. I recommend this hotel.

Property was a stunning beach resort on the quieter end of Canguu, staff were incredible , rooms were beautiful , pools were lovely and the breakfast was amazing. Can it fault this hotel , they went above and beyond o make our stay very special. I would highly recommend, this is a true 5 star resort

Absolute luxury and VIP treatment

We loved staying at the Como Uma Canggu. The staff were exceptional and so accommodating with me as I was on crutches for the entire trip! No task was too great and we were driven from room > pool > reception at our request. We were greeted by our names and met with a smile and service wherever we went. We booked two nights at the start of our trip and ended up booking our last night in Bali back at the Como because of the great experience we had. Rooms were super comfortable and the vibe of the hotel was awesome.

Staying at COMO Uma Canggu was one of the best decisions I made for my Bali trip. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with such warmth and care—the hospitality here is on another level. The staff were attentive, professional, and always available to assist, whether it was arranging transportation, booking local experiences, or offering helpful tips to navigate the area. I felt completely safe and well taken care of throughout my stay, which allowed me to truly relax and enjoy every moment. The property itself is stunning—clean, peaceful, and designed with a calming luxury that fits perfectly with the Balinese atmosphere. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed to feel at home. Waking up to the sound of the waves and starting my day with their nourishing breakfast felt like a dream. What stood out the most was how effortless everything felt. COMO Uma Canggu made this the most stress-free vacation I’ve ever had. Every detail was handled so gracefully, and I’m incredibly grateful for the entire team who ensured my stay was flawless. I will absolutely be returning.

Widi was super helpful and friendly from check in till helping me during my stay till checking out. I got Upgraded with my Expedia status to a 1 bedroom residence which was v lovely and the complimentary 1 hour massage was fantastic. My friends stayed in the 2 bedroom with private pool. The finishing were abit tacky and less appealing with a very short morning sun on their private pool area, the rest of the day it was just too cold to take a swim there. One other thing was their corridors were a pretty dark at night.. might be better with a little more illumination please.

I don’t know where to begin with my standing ovation. My husband and I stayed for only two nights at Como Uma but our experience stood out as the best hotel we can remember staying in. The breakfast was superb, fresh, generous, and fueled us for the whole day. Our server, Adi, was beyond kind. I stubbed my toe pretty badly, and a man named Emu was at my table in under a minute to first aid my wound. I had a facial at the spa and Indah gave me the most tailored experience complete with scalp, arm and face massage. It was heaven and the products were of the best quality. The entire reception and housekeeping staff tended to our every need. Wulan was caring during check in and made sure when we extended our stay that we wouldn’t have to change rooms. She went above and beyond for me. Every detail was counted for. The bath salts, robes, slippers, glass bottled water, gorgeous gym, sunset beach location and the pools were all dreamy! Bottom line, stay here and book one night longer than you’ll think you want. Trust me.

Top Hotel. Direkte Strandlage. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Lichtschalter Logik im sehr geräumigen Zimmer fragwürdig ! Grosser, schattiger Balkon mit div. Sitzgelegenheiten. Speisen und Getränke sauber und hygienisch bei moderaten Kosten. Beach Bar mit tollem Meeres Ambiente. Am Beach Pool tummelt es sich Nicht mein Ding. Am 2. viel grösseren Pool dagegen oft Leere. Töglich kostenlos Wasser. Housekeeping selbst abends noch verfügbar. Zimmerpreise allerdings jenseits von Gut und Böse … Hotel Umgebung nichts besonderes. Das heutige Bali eben in der Kante. Viel Verkehr, keine richtigen Bürgersteige, Touri Shops… Leider keine Möglichkeit oberhalb des Strandes zu spazieren…

A beautiful, modern and Instagram pic worthy hotel. Right on the beachfront, delicious buffet breakfast, close proximity to Canggu shopping and nightlife. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were so modern, super clean and comfortable. Honestly the best hotel I’ve visited in the 9 times I’ve been to Bali.
