Our beachfront villa was amazing and could not be faulted. It was a bit annoying having to pay for everything as you go rather than just apply it to the room. Every drink and meal, around the pool or in a restaurant, had to be paid for there and then. Even room service. It was strange for a 5 star hotel. A couple more wines in their selection wouldn’t go a stray. 😁 In saying that, we had a wonderful stay.

We cannot fault the Wyndham, we loved our stay kids club staff were fantastic!! Breakfast options were aplenty the pool and surrounds beautiful!! It’s really well priced and close to everything we struggled with not many staff knowing much English but Tung (I hope I spelt correctly) on the front of house was amazing he could not have been more helpful pointing us in the right direction everytime he is an absolute credit to the Wyndham. we would definitely recommend this place everything you need in one place.

Our plan was to stay 2 weeks but we extended another 2 weeks. First time in phu quoc hotel treated us like we were at home. Service of the hotel was great also staff is excellent. Especially manager Tom helped us so much his kindness was way out of league, also kid zone staffs are so kind. Also food and location were excellent. I hade a great almost 1 month of time here in Wyndham Grand hotel. Thank you so much we will be back next year.

Ideal for family vacation

Very new and big hotels. Overall we enjoyed our stays there, especially my 18 months old daughter , she enjoyed the kids club very much. Good selection of breakfast. Need to pick a dry session to go there. I travelled on sep, raining every day, basically cannot enjoy the vinpearl land. The only set back was the road from airport to hotel was very very very bad.

I am from the USA stayed 3 nights in March 2022. This hotel is the best option for children. My daughter liked the pool and there is a daycare option with a play area inside. My daughter really enjoyed the indoor play area. Every meal is many options so children with specific tastes can be catered to. The staff are very nice there was no negativity at all with anything. It is a very professional property I was extremely impressed at one point in my trip I actually thought that the leaders of the hotel I likely travel around the world to conferences. Because it reminds me of the best hotels everywhere

The hotel was good overall. Spatious and clean. I had a 90-minute massage service at Akoya Spa. The massage therapist gave a real massage servoce only for the first ten minutes. Assuming that i was in a sleep, she just pretended to do the massage with a very very little power, and deceived me. She almost just touched my body. It was no massage at all but stripping customers off. I do not recommend the massage service at all.

A very good but noisy place

The Hotel is fine, service good, but too many customers letting their children run around shouting like in a local market. It is VERY anoying, and the staf could not make the parents/children behave good. And even worse, some unaccompanied children touch the food with their hands in the buffet. It is very unhygenic. Therefore I prefered to eat outside the hotel in a peaceful place. Another thing. Early mornings, too many guest let their room-door stand open while showering and packing, talking loud while their children shout, cry and run up and down the coridors!! Therefore I could not sleep well. Tired. I was very dissatisfied. It was like in a countryside hotel with 2 stars full of farmers. But all elser lived up to 5 stars
