I liked the stay here, rooms were spacious, bed and pillows were comfortable. The A/C unfortunately wasn’t working as well as it should but we didn’t bring it up so can’t complain about that. The staff was very friendly too. Keep in mind there aren’t elevators, there is only 1st and 2nd floor just in case you have problems with steps, make sure to request 1st floor if available. Would stay again!

The place was excellent. Just didnt like that there was no one there in the office. No front desk. Had to call the number on the window. But other than that the place was excellent

This no frills hotel was perfect for our stay. While the room was dated, it was clean and did the trick! The room was super spacious with a separate bedroom and kitchen/living area. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of amenities for our use. The kitchen had what we needed to eat leftovers which was perfect. You could cook here easily too! My only complaint would be the need for black out curtains--the blinds in the room let in a lot of light in the mornings and made it hard to sleep after some pretty late nights out at the activities we had planned in town. The location was super convenient right off I-77 and nearby everything in Mooresville/Lake Normal area. We would definitely stay here again and likely will do so next time we are in town.

The property is older but in good condition. The property resident manager was so nice and made the check in/out a great experience. The location is wonderful. Peaceful and safe.

Located just outside the hustle and bustle of Mooresville. Its basically a one bedroom apartment with a center common area outside to barbecue or just sit and visit. You really couldnt adk for more, especially at that price. If you are planning to cook and eat in the room you would want to grab some cheap plates, etc. from the dollar store.

The staff was super friendly from the get-go when I received a call from them, confirming my stay and wanting to arrange my arrival time. I thought this was wonderful, nobody ever contacts you anymore, I really appreciated this! The room, which was spacious enough to feel more like an apartment than a hotel room was Comfortable and clean! The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was a bonus stocked with basic essentials! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! I will be returning the next time I am in the area!

The front desk person called to check me in & used a lockbox for me as they were closed when I checked in late. I was grateful for that however the room was basic with leaking sink in bathroom & painted over water damage on the molding around the sink so no telling how much damage is there. The mattress was hard & stiff. If my appointment was later than 745a with Dr or had I been able to check in earlier than 11p I would’ve requested a refund & would’ve made other arrangements.
