Room was really clean staff were friendly didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that did however have an evening meal that’s was really good Bathroom really small couldn’t swing a car also I booked for a deluxe king room with sea view (claimed king size bed) only for a double bed also floor boards in a certain section of the floor needs replacing as you sink into the floor Bed was very uncut sleep on far too firm

Nice place to stay. However at dinner time they ignored us once we had our food, took over 30 mins to clear our plates despite seeing they were ready to collect, didn’t offer us dessert or a second drink. It was a bit disappointing as the wait staff weren’t really all that busy, and appeared as though they were just waiting for their shift to finish.

Mick was a fantastic host. Good and hearty food in the restaurant. The only down side was the pillows - flat, rock hard and all 4 pillows were dreadful. Room was bright, facing the beautiful beach and the touches of “the sea” throughout the hallways and rooms was very pleasing to the eye.

Very close to the beach. Nice sea view when you stand at the window, but it would have been nicer had there been a chair in the window or if the bed was turned and you could see the sea from bed. Bathroom a bit tired looking. Convenient parking just outside. Lots of chatting in the street audible in the room, from people walking past or smoking outside the restaurant. Maybe something to consider if you are after an early night.

Arrived and the room was cold as the heating had been switched off. Lovely location right on the sea front. Bathroom was fine and shower was really hot I had problems trying to make it cooler

Lossiemouth’s tiny teeny hotel.

The rooms in this hotel are unbelievably small, we booked a double and there was barely enough space to walk around the bed. The bathroom consisted of a toilet and a small shower with a folding door, these were placed in a closet sized room next to a small children’s wardrobe. The sink was at the end of the bed, so basically you could wash and brush your teeth without leaving the bed. We didn’t eat in the hotel as the menu seemed to predominantly consist of burgers. Overall an experience we do not ever want to repeat.
