a few minutes walk from station it have 10steps up to the street ,its the tips for u the apartment a bit old and looks same as the pic dont put high expectations, everything was standard, they dont change the bed sheet and refill the bathroom ' stuff every day so u have to rquest & the mattress not hard enough thought it should be used for a while.....the nice things was the shower very strong, have coffee machine & some cakes in the room , many restaurants & bars around by the way they provide the service of storage with yr luggages in case u need

Front desk was very helpful. Printed some museum tickets for us and switched our room to a street view room with a balcony. The room was large, comfy, and lovely.

I was pleasantly surprised of the pretty comfortable double bed in my room. The mattress felt like a memory mattress, but don't know if I'm right? I was pretty tired and was able to sleep without interruptions throughout the night, and much longer than expected, so that was a welcomed, unexpected experience. No noise either, as my window was facing the inner yard away drom the street, and for sure also due to the time of the year when no major tourism was occurring, it was quiet. So, all and all, a good experience. Just one side note about the service bought through the hotel - the pre-ordered breakfast, that was a disappointment. No coffee. No other hot drink/tea either. Had I known it's not included (as the gluten-free option did not mention anything about that) I certainly wouldn't have bothered to order anything. I enjoyed my breakfast in a cafe instead on my way out..

This 1-person room was cheap and at the best location = great value, if you do not plan to spend a lot of time in the room. You can walk anywhere in the center from here, but also really easily take the metro to go further (incl. to Barajas Airport). Room itself was really basic, but everything worked, including self-check-in around at 9:30 PM. Some things to consider: -The noises of other rooms can be heard pretty well. Didn't bother me, but there is always a risk of a noisy neighbor :) -WC of this 1-person room doesn't have a door, it's in the same space with the bed.

La habitación nos gustó, era pequeña pero para dormir no hace falta más, el problema lo tuvimos con la ducha, aparte de que las manivelas estaban rotas no hay nada ni nadie que explique el funcionamiento de estas, así que llamamos al número que ponia en la página para que nos diesen una solución o nos ayudasen y la respuesta del que nos atendió que fue el encargado fue que él iba a ayudarnos pero que si la ducha sí que funcionaba bien teníamos que hacernos cargo de los gastos del taxi que lo traía hasta el hostal, no pareció insultante y muy poco profesional. Porque en primer lugar para la cantidad de habitaciones que hay debes tener servicio 24 h. Porque cualquier urgencia puede ocurrir y segundo nosotros pagamos por una habitación y un cuarto de baño privados y lo mínimo es que todo esté en perfectas condiciones si no es así, son el hotel quien tiene que hacer lo imposible por buscar solucion. Lo demás todo bien.

Hmmmm. Calling them "suites" is a stretch. The smaller room that we initially booked was very small. It was acceptable for a younger, single person but not a couple. Luckily the toilet valve was leaking, so the cistern topped up every two minutes, which was disturbingly noisy and the shower controller was broken, so we were moved to a larger, bigger room after one night. The vaccuum device in the toilet activated every five minutes or so, but at that point we'd given up on the property. The location was very good, the linen and bed clean and the recep guy very pleasant and helpful, but we'll not be using this or any other properties of this chain again.

Vicino alla metro, comodissima posizione, vicino al centro, quartiere vivissimo, ricco di ristoranti, pub, servizi. L'albergo facilita il check in ed ha un servizio di deposito bagagli a pagamento (2 euro) fino alle 19. C'è possibilità di prendere il caffè in un ambiente con tavoli. C'è un piccolo frigo anche in camera. Sono stati gentili e disponibili. Purtroppo i letti matrimoniali sono tutti 1 piazza e mezza. Noi abbiamo avuto una camera veramente tanto tanto piccola, con affaccio interno. Soffocante. Anche il bagno era estremamente piccolo, perdita acqua dalla doccia. Molto rumore proveniente dalla gente che rientrava e poco educata, dal momento che eravamo attaccati alla reception
