We got a very warm welcome! Very informative & Roberto who checked us in, even gave us the closest room to the entrance where we parked, because we had several luggages & bags with small children. I most definitely recommend this hotel. Clean, quiet area just steps from the beach & restaurants.

Good hotel for a one-night stay. Conveniently located near the beach and not far from the airport. Had an excellent breakfast and provided water in the room. The beds were slightly uncomfortable, and our room could have been cleaner, but it was a great value for one night!

Conveniently located near airport. At 5am it was less than 15 min and cost 20€ by taxi which was arranged the night before by our receptionist. The room is pretty bare bones but was fine for sleeping one night. The town of Fiumicino is quiet, relaxing and there is a nice walkway aling the beach. We had a great meal at Bi Bi Qui.

Super nice place. Make sure to communicate to owner exactly when you are getting there so he can open the gate. Also seemed way more than 2 miles from airport we were in an uber for over 15 minutes cost 45 euros.

Friendly Hotel Near the Airport

The highlight of the hotel was the hotel staff who were friendly, and helped us to access the inexpensive public transportation into Rome center (75 minutes). This alone saved us 100 dollars over a taxi. The hotel is two blocks from a beautiful beach and wonderful seafood restaurants (we ate at the BBQ on the beach). The neighborhood was quiet and in a residential area about 200 meters from the nearest bus stop. The rooms were basic, but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. WiFi was average, but good enough. Free breakfast was a large choice of Italian tarts, also basic but tasty. We plan to stay again next October.
