Had room with view of namsan tower, it was beautiful, they gave me water bottles and toiletries whenever I asked, hotel staff were amazing, they helped me with ordering products to hotel, remote controlled ac/heater, wall lighting controls, large bathtub, had a wonderful stay, definitely will stay here again, close to restaurants, wish they hand laundry services though

I loved this hotel, the subway entrance is right in front 5 steps away, A convenience store is right next-door. There’s multiple eating options and night bar five minutes away. It is a college area for a women’s university so there’s a lot of young people pretty busy even late into the night. Very safe area. Definitely stay there again. The customer service was amazing. The cleanliness was wonderful. Nothing bad about that place and it’s also pretty spacious for Asia.

Sookmyung Women's University station on line 4 was right in front of the hotel, providing easy access to Seoul and Myeongdong stations. It was also convenient to have a convenience store next door. As for cleaning, they changed amenities and towels every day, which was helpful. I was concerned about the lack of maintenance of the facilities, such as the air conditioning not working and the water leaking from the washbasin.

I booked the designer Suite A room, suppose to be higher tier of the hotel rooms but Facilities provided in the hotel not full. Tap are not working when we check in. There are no air purifiers provided as the other hotel have. The room beds are broken and have a bad wood smell. Even though toilets are separate, there is no main door to the toilet, not convenient at all. We can hear the train track sound in the early morning to late at night.

Buon business hotel, camera abbastanza grande, letto comodo. Dalla mia camera al 10 piano la vista era così così, forse migliora su piano più alti (sono 20 in totale). Nota importante: NON si trova proprio alla stazione di Seoul ma bisogna camminare 10-15 minuti dalla stazione per raggiungerlo.

Overall, I’m satisfied with this hotel and probably come back when I come to Seoul. Good: - location, less than a minute from Metro station (line 4) with an elevator at the exit. - staffs are generally welcoming and flexible on your request - lots of food options as it is close to an univ. - big bathtub with jacuzzi is a plus! 地下鉄4号線 淑大入口駅の出口からすぐにあります。 女性2人で遅めの時間にホテルに帰ってきても安心でした。（でも、海外ですので、遅い時間の女性のひとり歩きはオススメしません！！) 最寄りの出口にはエスカレーターもあるので、重いキャリーケースを持っていても大丈夫です。　韓国は日本に比べると、エスカレーターやエレベーターが少ないので、これは意外とありがたい条件です。 フロントのスタッフのかたは皆さん優しく丁寧で、日本語もOKでした。とても感じが良かったです。ありがとうございました。 お部屋はコンパクトめですが、十分な広さでした。テレビやシャワーの使い方が少しわかりづらかったです。あと、トイレが流してもペーパーが流しきれない時もありましたが、そんな時は数回流せばOKです。
