離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。

The hotel was very cold, radiator in room barely warm but reception gave us a portable heater. Bathroom very dated, shower head squirting water everywhere. Bed uncomfortable with old mattress. Service at dinner non existent but the food was very nice, also the breakfast. Compliments to the chef. Location excellent, next to the cathedral and Steep Hill.

Bad experience.
I had 2 rooms booked. On arrival, the room was freezing. I asked reception to have a look and they gave a heater. I requested to be moved ans i was moved to a warmer room. Our second room had a massive hole in the wall. Outside my room it looked as though works were going on as the wall wasnt even painted! The rooms were not very clean and not be staying again

Great Hotel
Easy check-in, good parking facilities, nice room with view of cathedral, friendly staff & nice breakfast. Was only a quick overnight stay, but met all our requirements and would use again in the future.

Lincoln Hotel
Decided to upgrade to a cathedral view. For the small amount extra to pay this is an absolute must. The view is amazing. Staff were all really friendly, Good choice for breakfast including items cooked to order, best Eggs benedict I have ever had. The room was refurbished and really welcoming, wonderful shower. the only down side is the lift, straight out of the 50's clunked and banged and occasionally we had to press the "Open Door" button. The hotel is absolutely ideally placed for visiting uphill Lincoln which is just beautiful. Overall had a fantastic short break. The photo's are the view from our room 316.

Could have been better
On arriving staff very friendly. On arriving in our room (308) we were disappointed… dehumidifiers in room and it smelt very damp. Stained carpet and furniture looking very tired and chunk out of top of bath with panel hanging off. On returning to reception to say we werent happy with our room which have never done before the lovely young lady on reception could not have been more helpful and moved us to another room 316 which was as different again and we enjoyed a good nights sleep followed by a lovely breakfast . Hotel a little tired in general but what was sold as a deluxe room was definitely not but staff great

Coach tour special in a great location
It’s a terrific location here and the staff do their best - by far the hotels greatest asset. But the place needs more money investing in it than I think I could even imagine. Some spaces in hotels are just too small and awkward to use as a room, no matter how tempting it might be to squeeze one more coach passenger in. There’s a point at which carpets just smell too much to clean, and bathtubs simply don’t make sense in tiny rooms (with accompanying shower curtain horror) The bar could be a real asset it done better at night and maybe there’s a way to raise much needed revenue there… Ultimately there is a good reason so many of the pictures are looking good the hotel not inside!

Great breakfast
Nice hotel with fabulous breakfast. Great location for the cathedral and castle. A member of staff was rude and disrespectful towards a member of my group but we would return.
