The hotel is very clean , has a modern ambiance which made our stay exceptionally comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and at ease. The hotel's prime location is a big plus . It is centrally located, making it convenient for shopping and dining. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, which made exploring the area an absolute breeze. Overall, I highly recommend the M2M Hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay. The combination of cleanliness, modern facilities, friendly staff, and a great location makes it a top choice.

Loved the room!!! Hotel is on one floor of a building, which is pretty unique. It was quiet but not uncomfortable. Room was spacious and staff were friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Hotel and location. Our check in was handled by Flavia and she was fantastic. Friendly and had tons of tips. Very secure building. Lots of great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. 6 min. Walk from train station which was nice also.

Room was excellent. Shower was black and moldy in certain areas. One night they forgot to leave a roll of toilet paper. Never anybody at front desk. Should have an ice machine. We were two, only had one glass. Last morning we had only one container cup of milk for both of us, co trainer held only one tablespoon of milk.

I stayed two nights in this hotel. It's about 8 minutes walk from Milan Central Railway Station and it's easy to find. Only when I got close I had to check a bit more as the name of the hotel is only on the wall on a board so easy to miss. I received detailed instructions from Flavia a few days before my arrival so I had the code which is needed to access the property, the floor and the room. The hotel is located within a residential building on the first floor. Yes, the lift is small and old style but since it's only one floor up, it's manageable even on the stairs. I arrived too early for the check in time but late to catch Flavia to ask her to store my luggage. I called her and she said the housekeeper was there. I really appreciated that my room was ready a couple of hours before the check in time and I was allowed to use it. I was asked what time I wanted breakfast and because I had to leave early for a day trip the next day, I got the breakfast - a lot of nice stuff on a big tray - on the afternoon of my arrival. The check in and out was easy and smooth. Both Flavia and the other lady were very polite and helpful. I loved the room, clean and light. It was a bit noisy in the evening but these things don't bother me, I even enjoy I can hear some life outside the window. So great stay, glad I picked this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone if they want a cosy and nice hotel close to Milan Central Station.

Good distance from train station, inside-very clean, comfortable, attentive service. But-a bit confusing (self-)check-in for a traveller who is doing it for the first time. You need to have checked your email before the arrival, since you get a code you can enter the building, the floor and the room. If you are in a 'holiday mood', missed the email (not knowing that you should receive one), you will be 'lost'. Also, the email mentions something about requirement to send the copy of ID/passport by email somewhere (!?)... Does not feel OK. Also, the arrival to the building was 'interesting' - outside of the building not much would ensure that you have arrived correctly. The corner and the street were quite 'doggy'-looking for a hotel of this grade and rate(-dirty street, ground floor of the building - some closed shop window shutters painted with graffiti,etc). Breakfast- although the service was outstanding - the breakfast was very limited - not for anyone who wishes egg or ham or slice of cheese or even cereals for it, not speaking about any vegetable.

フロント時間が限られてることを予約後に知りました。もっとそのことを周知徹底すべきです。ホテルではなくB &Bでした。朝早い出発で朝食ボックスを事前に依頼してOKとの連絡も受けていましたが結局用意してもらえませんでした。事前チャットのやりとりも見てもらえず急にチャットの返事がなくなりました。ホテルのサービスは受けれない宿泊施設です。
