Our room was disgusting and dirty. We had broken furniture, missing hardware, no toilet paper, thumb tacks holding up the curtains, cut my foot from carpet nails, running all night toilet that leaked, our tv remote didn’t work, and the microwave was broken. The room smelted like water damage or pipe burst. I contacted the hotel with no response. Avoid this place

Booked this motel room under the impression that there was a jacuzzi in the room. When I arrived to the lobby of the hotel there was absolutely no staff anywhere on the property, the door the the lobby was locked with a piece of paper stating that they are available to help if the lobby door was closed along with a number I called the number, a man answered but was being trained or something because he was also talking to a woman that was telling him was to say to me which made it difficult to hear him, got the info for my room and how to get in, I got to the room and to my surprise there was no jacuzzi, I then called back and and was informed that they do not have any jacuzzi rooms, even though it was listed on the amenities and showed in the pictures of the room! At this point I asked about a refund and was told that was not possible! Will be calling every single place I ever stay at to make sure it includes what they say from now on! The point of online booking is to avoid the wait on hold lines and I just ended up regretting it!

værelset lugtede af mug. der var jordslået op ad væggene og panelerne i badeværelset. vi mødte en låst dør til receptionen, og måtte køre en halv time til et andet hotel for at få lov til at tjekke ind. yderst kritisabelt og rigtig dårlig service.

Parking - Perfect Distance from main Gatliburg street - Perfect Cleaning of bathrooms - Poor No one at reception, need to call a number for all things, even to check in. The property needs renovation. A/C was good.

No staff on premises. Had to call another local hotel front desk person that gave us a code to get into our room. Parking lot was poorly lit and seemed slightly dangerous. Walkable to strip but didn't like how dimly lit the area was. Would not be comfortable staying here solo and would not recommend to single parents or women. Seemed "dangerous" like drug area. Ice machine was unplugged and faucet in shower dripped. Was relatively clean in the room but didn't feel like a safe area even being walkable to strip.
