Excellent stay in the mountains
We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time at the resort. Our son truly enjoyed the water park, fun games, and other activities at the resort. The hotel service, cleanliness were excellent. The staff was constantly checking if we were comfortable or needed anything. We had breakfast and dinner at the resort's restaurant and the cuisine was excellent. One drawback was they did not have enough resources, hence they were not able to handle more than 6 to 7 tables at once. Their dining capacity was meant to handle at least 20-25 tables/families at one time. Their staff was doing their best. The staff that handles the restaurant area needs to be trained. It looked like the dining area staff were unhappy seeing anyone dining there. The visitors could feel that awkwardness. The staff would make the visitors wait for 20-30 minutes even though the entire dining area was empty with hardly 2 to 3 tables being served. That was very weird. It seems they didn't want to work or were not trained to manage the customers by being prompt, active, and happy (most importantly).
On our first day when we checked in, they didn't mention the dining services, and we forgot to ask them as well. So on our way, we asked the security guard about the next day's breakfast options, and he said that they didn't serve any breakfast and stopped since COVID-19. Also, they don't have enough resources. Later we found out that was misinformation. Food was out of the world though. And the stay was excellent.
