Excellent location, just outside of the main core of the city in a dead end street so it is very quiet yet walking distance to everything downtown where you can take rail car up the mountain to Fansipan.

We loved our stay in this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more. The train we took to go to Sapa arrived very early in the morning and the hotel was able to give us the key as soon as we arrived. The hotel looks brand new, and the rooms are big and clean. The staff was super kind, helpful and accomodating.

Every team member, especially the staff at the front desk were warm, kind, and incredibly professional. They consistently went above and beyond to support and accommodate our needs, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large private deck that offered breathtaking views of the mountains. We spent many peaceful moments there, soaking in the fresh air and calming atmosphere which was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The minibar was generously replenished daily and with every small detail added to the comfort of our stay. Breakfast and the room service from the in-house restaurant were both delicious and satisfying. The location of the hotel also struck the perfect balance. It's close enough to the city centre for convenience, yet distant enough from the bustle and the crowd to enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty that Sapa is known for. This hotel exceeded all expectations. The genuine hospitality, scenic surroundings, and thoughtful touches made our stay one to remember. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a restful and memorable escape in Sapa.

Aliana is close yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town (10 minute walk). The rooms were spacious with amazing views of the mountains (including Fansipan). Pool was a lovely addition after trekking up Fansipan or through local villages. We left slightly bemused after being charged for a dirty towel, but other than that would recommend.
