기계로 자동 체크인하는게 대면 체크인하는 것 보다 시간이 더 오래걸림. 심지어 예약상태 확인도 잘 안됨. 트윈룸은 뷰가 아예 없음. 건물 벽만 보임. 변기가 너무 작고 세면대와 너무 딱 붙어 있어서 아주 불편함. 샤워하는 물소리가 너무 크게 들려서 TV소리가 하나도 안들림. 방음이 전혀 안되는 설계. 그런데 다른 객실의 소음은 전혀 안들림. 룸상태는 깨끗하고 좋았음. 조식 메뉴도 다양하고 깔끔하고 맛있었음. 고토마치 노면전차 역이 바로 앞에 있어서 아주 편리했음. 본관에 머물렀는데 신관은 더 깨끗하고 좋았을 것 같다는 느낌. 스텝들의 얼굴에는 미소가 전혀 없었음. 짐 보관은 락카가 있어서 셀프로 가능. 이건 편리했음.
