I had An amazing time here for my birthday vacation. There is a lot of friendly staff, unfortunately I didn’t realize that your braclet doesn’t work for all the restaurants except the buffet. Literally the only downside was the buffet food and everything else was amazing.

The folks there were great! Super attentive and nice! The rooms are outdated and our air conditioning was dripping in the middle of the room. They fixed the shower head, so that was nice. We stayed in one of the nicer rooms most of the trip, the first night we stayed in a room that wasn't ours and it really would have been awful if we had to spend 10 days in that room. Overall it's a nice place to stay if you have one of the nicer rooms.

Never again! Can’t relax on the beach cause you’re constantly getting harassed by street vendors, the rooms are dirty and the sheets were unspeakable, the pool was dirty with so much human hair and the flies on the food they serve was absolutely disgusting!
