Апартаменты нас встретили вполне дружелюбно, имелся небольшой запах хлорки - обрадовались, что чисто. Комната очень уютная, удобная кровать и минимальное количество мебели. Но вот чистота испортила все впечатление. В тумбочках оказалась еда предыдущих постояльцев, а кухня вообще шокировала. Все шкафчики очень грязные, с остатками от еды и полупустыми бутылками непонятного содержания! На 4 комнаты 2 ванных, но вот бойлер один на все и совсем небольшой. Вдвоём то мало помыться, а если ещё кто-то живет, то мыться придётся в другой день. В каждой ванной есть фен, один на последнем издыхании, но переходник только в одной, в другой ванне штекер к розетке не подходит. Район неплохой. Полно транспорта, рядом метро, да и до колизея примерно минут 40 прогулочным шагом, но отдых нам выпал на выходные, и оказалось очень шумно. На первом этаже находятся пиццерии и бары, до утра уснуть не удалось, да и дом расположен на очень шумном перекрёстке.

Great Location and price, nice room!

This room was ideal to have rest after a long day of sightseeing, main points for me was a comfortable place to sleep and I am very satisfied with the above. Room was really clean, towels prepared, extra blankets if someone needs (but weather was amazing, 28C sunny) WiFi, clean bathrooms, and when I closed the window a very quiet room to sleep. Kitchen with all equipment, Also the location is great, few minutes to blue Metro and train station. I'll definitely book again when visiting Rome next time, many thanks !

Kleine Pension mit guter Infrastruktur

Das Zimmer mit Balkon ist sehr geräumig, das Bett und Kissen sehr bequem. Die Bäder sind okay - es kommt schließlich auch darauf an, mit welchen anderen Gästen man teilt; die Grundausstattung war total in Ordnung. Es gibt auch eine Küche, die mitgenutzt werden kann. In der nähe von Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle, fußläufig eine Metrostation.

Experience with Rate Affittacamere Il Porto

The hotel is in an unmarked residential apartment complex, so it was a little tricky to find, but if you follow the instructions, it's not too bad. The location is great. The room was clean, the common area was clean, and the surrounding apartments were not noisy when we were there. In our room, the balcony door didn't close properly, so there was a little draft and the room was slightly cold because it was winter. There was a heater in the room, however. The hotel staff gave me his/her WhatsAp to communicate when there was an issue with the room assigning, which was great. It did require a few back and forth messages, which is a little inconvenient while on vacation, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it's a great budget-hotel, but don't come in with high expectations of a designated hotel.
