Terrible stay and misleading policies
My family was ill for most days whilst staying in the hotel. It appears as long as the AC was blowing allergies and illness came up. When we left the room we were ok.
Furthermore, we were charged for the complete booking although we checked out early and the front desk said we will not be charged after spending 6 rather than 7 nights.
We were advised that Marriot's new policy is that the complete booking has to be paid for regardless of checking out earlier.
Additionally, there is a high degree of misleading prices a nightly rate was initially booked but then after the bill was received, the rate increased each night.
Hotels.com provided no support to have the issue rectified.
This was in fact my 3rd stay at the Element sadly I am doubtful I will stay here again.
