Small room and toilet

1the reception clerks are really helpful for odering boat ticket and recommend ing the canal museum for us. 2 the 1 floor double room is really small and even can't use toilet with enough space.

Habitacion sencilla

El baño de la habitacion individual esta mal diseñado inposible sentarse en el inodoro pues el lavabo esta sobre el mismo, no hay AC en la habitacion. Puntos a tomar encuenta en las habitaciones sencillas.

Location is great for centre of town and train station. Room was very small and cramped but clean. Looked out onto quite a noisy street so OK if you are fine with noise of people - but it is in the Red Light district so not unexpected. Didn't try breakfast as wasn't allowed to take the dog, despite hotel saying it was dog friendly. Allowed us to leave our luggage most of the next day

While I’d like to give the stuff a good rating because they were very friendly and helpful, the hotel room was way too hot. Temperature was like 19-25 during the day but the room was much hotter than outside. I was sweating just sitting there. I think it’s because of its south facing and the lack of ventilation system.

Our visit to Amsterdam was short, we loved the central location of the hotel, very close to Amsterdam Centraal Station. Our triple bed room was basic with not too many facilities, only a wardrobe, tv, telephone, hand towels, bath towels and plastic cups. The bathroom was small and after we had a shower, we had a flooding problem which could only be rectified after we left. The staff were empathetic to our situation, but we were checking out at 11am, so not much else they could do. Breakfast was continental with no pastries, only bread, but they did have a lovely coffee machine with various coffee options. The staff were very pleasant. Thank you.

Very different and memorable. Very tight space, tiny elevator and winding staircase good for younger healthy people. Mit great for older or obese people who have mobility issues.

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein cœur de la ville. La taille de la chambre est assez petite. L'ascenseur ne dessert pas directement sur le palier, et il faut continuer jusqu'à la chambre en prenant les escaliers. Petit déjeuner correct.
