The property was on the beach in a perfect location. My room was in great condition. Staff did an excellent job of preparing the room. The property was well maintained. had great food and drinks. I want to give mention to couple of staff Edith, at the front desk and David, in the restaurant. They were very helpful and professional Love the location and would definitely stay there if I come back to Tulum.

Beautiful place, very romantic, good for relaxation. Breakfast is a plus and it was delicious. The pool and the beach club also very nice with lots of beach chairs. Highly recommended, specially for couples. The only thing we could not enjoy was the beach with red flag and too much sewed.

Great location. Our room was right on the beach with a wonderful view. The staff was welcoming and kind. The food was great and the hotel is located in a quiet part of town and you can easily walk or ride a bike to other areas along the beach.

Smell the sewers once we get to the area. The free breakfast has limited options, and you can order 1 meal per person. We book the front beach honeymoon suite but the air-con is not cold just like a fan. We downgraded our room but the same thing AC not working at least there is a ceiling fan.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I had the room with a partial sea view but it was an incredible view and I loved the balcony with the hammocks. The room was clean and bed comfortable, the shower was also great! The breakfast was delicious with good options, the beach was great with comfy sun beds and towels provided. The hotel also hired a bike for me to cycle to the Tulum ruins and recommended some delicious restaurants. I will recommend this hotel to everyone!

Beautiful

We had a wonderful week staying at this lovely well located hotel. Very comfortable room, extremely friendly staff. So peaceful. There is music on the beach and pool area but it’s very chilled and unobtrusive unlike many other places along this stretch where they have the music pumping all day, so if you’re looking for a relaxing break , this is perfect.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Stuff is very nice, they waited for us to arrive despite we arrived after 11pm.Comunication with them, from the reservation to the end, was excellent. You have several options for breakfast which was included in price. Water is not potable, they provide potable water in the pitcher (I think this is the issue for all the hotels in area). Room is equipped with AC and the bluetooth loudspeaker, no TV. Generally, our experience was very good, would recommend this hotel

We stayed there for 7 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is excellent and well rounded, complete with coffee, fresh juice, fruit or pancakes, and the main dish, no continental breakfast here. If you don’t want the big resort feel, this is the place, couples friendly, quiet, beautiful beach, and walking distance from restaurants and shops.

We stayed there for 6 days, the staff is very helpful, right on the beach and walk to bars and restaurants in the tourist area. To downtown area you would need to get a taxi or rent a scooter/ATV. Rent those in downtown area because in the tourist area everything is double in price. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Such a great place! It's situated right on the beach; only a 2-minute stroll away. The front desk/reception staff is fantastic. Always willing and able to help and answer any questions you may have. The rooms are basic, but all have a nice sized balcony/patio where you can sit and relax. They have a restaurant on site where I had breakfast 2 times while I was there. It's right at the water's edge. They have very good dishes/options and it is open from 7:30 to 10:00 PM every day. They have a nice outside swimming "pool" (I hesitate to call it just a basic pool; it's so natural looking) as well, with a little waterfall at one end. I wish I could've stayed longer! Next time and SOON!

This hotel was amazing, it was quiet, it wasnt packed, it was very peaceful. The front desk agent Patricio helped us all the time and even gave us an upgrade to another room for my brothers birthday. All the employees were very helpful and accommodating to us, Breakfast was DELICIOUS. We would like to come back here

I recently stayed at Coco in Tulum and had a mostly positive experience. The location is definitely a highlight—the beach is absolutely stunning, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. However, the rooms could use some updates. While they were comfortable enough (love the cold AC) a refresh would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience. On the plus side, there are ATV rentals nearby, which is a fun way to explore the area and adds a bit of adventure to your stay. Overall, despite the need for some room updates, the beautiful beach and convenient amenities make this a place I would definitely return to.
