I love the location of the property and communication provided by the owner. I felt at home while in the property and will definitely be using it again on my next trip

This is a FRAUD. We were checked in to another property and assigned a smaller room that we did not pay for. On our check in, we were not allowed to checked in because they were still installing a water heater. We finally was able to checked in at 10 PM. As soon as my wife used the shower room, the newly installed water heater caught fire - almost burn my wife. The king size bed that we pay for turned out to be a baby bed - I am serious. The owner turned out to be in the US owning several properties in 2 different buildings, that's why she was able to move us around. The care taker is a young girl who did not know what was happening. She demanded an additional 5,000 pesos upon our arrival. I should have complained but realized that it will just ruin my vacation. So I just SUCKED it up and tried to look for a new accommodation. But because of the holiday - no hotel or rooms were available in that area. I was so mad to myself for putting my wife into this situation. STAY AWAY from this property. Should be delisted. Grossly misrepresented
Worst property we’ve ever booked and should be delisted from hotels.con
- misrepresantation of a 2-BR unit which is just a 1-BR & a utility room with attached water closet and folding couch. Unit booked for 2 adults & 3 kids but kids had to sleep on makeshift beds charged at Php3000
- no check-in facility. website wasn’t clear that you had to call the caretaker hours before you arrive for the unit to be ready. Person speaks/understands limited english and has to call the actual owner overseas for every question
- Charges a security deposit of Php15,000/USD$300 to be returned 3 days after check-out. No credit facility, have to pay in cash. After mucb objection against the 3-day return, they agreed to return the deposit upon check-out. We did receive the deposit back, but not after several phone calls of them reasoning out why they can’t return it in the original currency we gave (AUD) etc etc & waiting half a day after check-out
- water heater not working at the supposed 2-BR
- shower head holder broken at the 1-BR. Had to hold the showerhead the while showering. not to mention grime coming off the shower curtain
- broken furnishing like duct tape patches on couches of both units
- funky smell from the lobby to the corridor to the kitchen & bathrooms
- room is never cool enough even with air-conditioner left open more than 24-hrs.
- so bad that we, who booked their so-called 2-br apt and their 1-br apt, checked in on the next door hotel after a day.
