First time staying here, and it was amazing. Host was amazing and communicative and made breakfast every morning. Rooms were clean and spacious. Our stay was amazing and would recommend everything is within walking distance. Vatican city is within a mile.

Très bien avec un bémol pour le bruit des 7h

Emplacement parfait dans un immeuble sécurisé dans une rue commerçante , notre chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure donc pas de bruit de circulation . Chambre spacieuse , douche un peu petite. Petit déjeuner basique inclus servi dans la chambre et préparé ( par une jeune femme très sympathique ) dans la « cuisine »juste à côté des chambres ce qui engendre du bruit des 7h du matin donc impossible de dormir au delà de 7h Le ménage est fait systématiquement tous les jours comme dans un hôtel et les serviettes changées tous les jours ce qui n’est pas du tout éco responsable .

Everything was fine in general, but the breakfast didn’t have any fruits, or any eggs, and the shower was small, you can barely bend down to touch your legs. Federica the hostess was very nice and attentive with our requests.

Federica the hostess is lovely, very kind and helpful! The breakfast service is very nice, on time with lots of options to choose from, the room was clean and spacious enough. (The only note we'd like to add is that the room is located right above a busy street and has thin walls, so even with the windows closed, it was quite noisy even at night.) When we had trouble with the door locks, the other host immedately answered when we asked for help. The location is right in the middle of a nice shopping area and lots of restaurants, and also closeby the Vatican, a metro station, and the Tiber to cross to further into the city center of Rome. Unfortunately Federica couldn't be there one day of our stay, leaving the breakfast service and cleaning to another lady. This lady wasn't very kind: -When we saw she had forgotten an element of our breakfast and asked her kindly about it, she rudely barged into our room to (without speaking a word) apart the entire breakfast tray (as if she thought we were lying?) before handing us the food when she saw it was missing. - She took bags from a table (that were definately not put aside to be thrown away) and put them in a drawer, presumably to clean said table, making us wonder if they had been thrown away and if she touched our property as well. - Did not provide clean towels, instead put the ones we had used back on the radiator, leaving us to use the same towels for three days in a row (which of couse became damp and smelly as a result).

Our stay was great. The room was nice size, the morning breakfast was good, location about 5 blocks to Vatican was very convenient. Key entry is a little different, but worked. Overall I would recommend this property highly.

Frederica was very helpful and ensured we had all we needed during our stay. The room is quite noisy and it made it hard to sleep—the street side room probably was worse than an interior one. You could also hear a lot of noise from the common area outside the room, including a 2:00 am interruption by someone moving in and apparently having trouble getting into their room. The bed is very soft, not good for those who prefer a firm mattress. Lots of good food options very close and plenty of high-end clothing stores if that is what you’re looking for!

Leuke, aangename buurt, die perfect gelegen was om naar Vaticaan en Rome binnenstad te gaan. niet al te druk, en eveneens lekkere eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Douche in badkamer was piepklein, en niet zo comfortabel om in te stappen.
