El hotel estaba bueno la recepcion no me gusto para nada. la comida me gusto mucho y los restaurants especializados excelentes, el unico inconveniente es que necesitábamos movernos en los carritos porque teníamos personas con limitaciones para caminar y había que esperar incluso hasta media hora, y el primer día casi perdemos la cena esperando el carrito Además no tiene muchas actividades para las familias con niños en las noches porque los shows casi siempre coinciden con las cenas. Hubo una feria de tacos magnífica nos encantó, por lo demás todo bien, la atención buena y la habitación también. No pudimos bañarnos en la playa está muy mala.

Just finished our week stay at ventus resort and cant say enough about the amazing staff, food, and experience that we had. Diego, Albaro and Sal were some of our favorites! They went above and beyond to make our stay very special and were always there to help with anything we needed. The resort is really big, and it is fun just getting lost around the place and finding all of the hidden gems on the resort. Truly a top notch experience and a super clean resort. Thank you all at ventus for making our stay unforgettable

I was up charged at check in for a “teen” instead of a child even tho I put the ages of the kids while booking. The hotel said Expedia does it all the time and doesn’t compensate Expedia tried saying it was the hotel either way it was an extra 187 USD on top of the resort and environmental fee 147 USD that was supposed to be 105….Expedia wouldn’t help and the hotel wouldn’t budge so I was forced to pay or I couldn’t check in. Was not satisfied with it at all. Our butler also didn’t do much. Many things they said they would do it never happened.

Our butlers Freddie, Leo, and Orlando were absolutely amazing and very accommodating! Excellent customer service the entire time! Absolutely will return and highly recommend. It was my partners and I 5th year anniversary and they made sure it was the best ever!

Good size resort with sister locations, as a guest you have access to all the pools and dining options. Pools were nice, we were able to get seating. Beach access was nice but the beach always had seaweed and wave conditions were always yellow and red flag days. Breakfast and lunch were consistently good. There’s only one dinner buffet, food was average and refill of items was slow. The nicer dinner restaurants require reservations but the food was better. We had a beach front room, king bed with a Murphy bed. Plenty of space for our family of 4.

What a wonderful resort! It was so clean, beautifully modern, staff were plenty, attentive and friendly, and the food was fabulous! My kids loved the Kids Club and we loved it as there was no need to reserve a spot and they could pick and choose activities each day. Only downside was the beach, but everything else made up for it. Would highly recommend for a family vacation.

Overall, the resort was nice! The food was good at every restaurant we went to!we booked the Platinum level reservation because we wanted an oceanview room. With that, it was really nice having access to the platinum club (i.e. super easy check-in, access to snacks and beverages, etc). My biggest complaint is regarding house keeping. Forget being platinum, I had to request for our room to be cleaned almost everyday of our 8 day stay - of which when they finally did come it was when we were getting ready for dinner, so we just asked for clean towels. When we requested extra face towels (literally 2 so that my party of 4?could each have one) it was a big deal. The pools were nice and fun for the kids! Overall, my family had a great time. No need to splurge on the platinum….i found out later you can simply upgrade your room upon arrival.
