I don’t think this property should be on renting. Mirror is broken and hazardous, dangerous. Shower room doesn’t have hangers for towels. Shower floor is slippery. I rented two rooms, but the owner try to open only one. All furniture quality is very low quality.

The place was simple and cute, we didn’t get the place that was advertised, and it was on the dark side of the building, but the 4 of us were comfortable. There were cobwebs on the high ceiling, the sink was cracked, soap dish was broken, but all in all the Mie Stelle is way better than a chain hotel, we really felt at home.

Overall a very good experience, within walking distance of the central station. Only minor complaints are that some of the pillows had a slightly bad odour, and we could have used with some slippers. Otherwise a very good stay and well worth what we paid.

Great location in La Spezia....

This apartment is perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre being very close to the station. The apartment is spacious well equipped and has excellent aircon. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner Ciro couldn't have been more helpful, although having some italian helped as his english was limited. We stayed for 3 nights which was perfect to see Cinque Terre and the town/port of La Spezia.

O apartamento é amplo, porém carece de manutenção (falta puxadores na cozinha e no box, tampa do vaso sanitário rachado,…). O colchão e travesseiros não são confortáveis. Fica muito perto da estação de trem, o que facilita ir até Cinque Terre e voltar. Tem mercado próximo. Tem boa cozinha mas sem microondas.

Super convenient, sparkling clean!

I chose this based on proximity to the train station which was a five minute walk. We had two connecting rooms, Both which were sparkling clean. We did have to pay to park our rental car, €30 for only overnight then another €30 for a few extra hours after 10 am. Parking was another five minute walk and behind a locked gate. We didn’t really have a choice in that, but it was worth the money to be near the train station. We were in Riomaggiore in about 20 minutes!

Correcte et très bien placé

Chambre correcte avec une salle de bain privative. Un mini frigidaire, une bouilloire et quelques tasses et verres. La climatisation ! Juste à côté de la gare, très pratique et on n'entend pas les trains. Par contre les murs entre les chambres sont très fins et laissent passer tous les bruits (même une conversation chuchotée). Compliqué quand vos voisins n'ont pas les mêmes horaires que vous.
