Outrageous Experience
In the check-in procedure it wrote "Contact the hotel 24 hours prior for check-in arrangement". The only available contact method on Expedia is a phone number with a Taiwan country code, where this is an Australian property! Called 20+ times there's nobody picking up. Called Expedia hotline instead and received an alternate contact method of a gmail email address, from the email address it seems the staff is called "William". Zero response on email and phone after check in time. The property doesn't have a front desk or door-staff so there's nobody you can reach for help.
I solved the problem by wandering around the property and asking everyone I see "If you happen to know a William that manages room here". Finally I found a guy that happens to know THE William, and kind enough to give me an Australian mobile number so that I can reach him. The whole Check-in progress took me 2 hours of asking around.
Expedia failed to censor the quality of the properties they sell, for -
1. Incorrect property contact method
2. Zero-Response from the property thought-out the entry stay
Thank god I didn't get arrested for loitering. Won't recommend anyone to stay in this property.
