Localização perfeita

Tudo aqui se resume a localização: estar a poucos metros do Duomo foi uma experiência sensacional! Os quartos eram amplos e as camas confortáveis. No entanto, tivemos alguns pequenos problemas - apesar de havermos ficado apenas uma noite. Havia muitos mosquitos durante a noite, a garrafa de água mineral na cozinha era cobrada, e a funcionária que nos recebeu para entregar as malas após o check-out foi rude com a minha família.

Perfect location - good apartment

These apartments are in an excellent location - we had a good stay. Positives were lovely large bed, nice outdoor space and location. Negatives were: sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, the apartment block is not manned so it feels rather weird to wait on the pavement outside until someone comes to meet you and the kitchen is not stocked with a lot of cutlery or crockery if you wanted to cook.

Localização maravilhosa, camas confortáveis, bom atendimento e comunicação. Negativo: local necessita de uma boa pintura e manutenção no banheiro (sem nenhum suporte para shampoo, água do box vaza pra área seca do banheiro). Nunca aceitem que serviço de táxi que lhe oferecem (a pessoa que recepciona tem um excelente atendimento), simplesmente a mulher que dirigia o veículo era extremamente ríspida, chegou com 15 minutos de atraso e ainda por cima me cobrou 77 euros em um trecho que se paga 22 euros em um veiculo da mesma categoria.

Title: Well-Located and Charming Suite with a Few

Our stay at Suite Santa Tecla in Milan was overall a pleasant experience. The suite is exceptionally well located—just a short walk from the Duomo—and features a spacious, inviting terrace that was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the owner was very kind and responsive. However, guests should be aware that this is more of an AirB&B-style stay than a traditional hotel: there's no housekeeping service, and coordinating your arrival time with the owner is essential. While there is an elevator, there are still several steps to climb, which can be a challenge with heavy luggage. Also, the Wi-Fi signal in the main bedroom was quite poor. Still, for independent travelers who value location and privacy, this suite is a solid choice.
