"We loved our time at this hotel and will definitely return if we go to Phuket. The beach is so beautiful with a stand that has the sweetest fruit. The staff were very friendly. My only two improvements would be more vegan food at breakfast and in the restaurants. I think the breakfast areas could be slightly cleaner as unfortunately it’s open air so there are some flies And then some small improvements to the room, ours was one of the renovated premium rooms but it had some issues (shower flooded a little). Despite that, we would still come back as the staff were friendly, helpful and they took note of little things like giving us extra water, towels and moisturizer after us asking. The spa and sports amenities were a lovely plus!"

"Room was nice, however constant banging thudding early morning which started at 08:00ish everyday and went on as late as 01:22 one night.
Also strong smell of smoke on the corridor which would eventually be strong enough to wake you in the morning.
Location and room was excellent just let down by a couple of unhelpful staff members, like not being able to book a taxi and the noise (no idea what it was) and smell of smoke on the floor which you would of thought staff would of smelt and resolved."
